stayed at Caroline's to celebrate a friend's upcoming nuptials. We enjoyed all the amenities, hosting yoga on the astro, an evening in the hot tub and a dance class on the patio. we ate in with some catering and the basics were all there with lies of kitchenware. Caroline had very kindly set up an afternoon tea for our arrival which was a delightful surprise.

My favourite place on Earth 😊 While it’s close enough to Dublin, it’s so private and peaceful it feels like you are completely away from civilisation in the most positive way. The surrounding are absolutely stunning, and there is a lot of sightseeing nearby. This place is just perfect for disconnecting from the busy city life. And lastly, Richard and Ben are fantastic hosts, very friendly, responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back here myself 💚

A beautiful cabin, in a peaceful surrounding. Facilities were great, please was very clean. Great instructions and local recommendations from host. Very pet friendly. Worth every penny. We would highly recommend this cabin for a peaceful, restful break.

We stayed at this lovely cottage for 3 nights and it was incredibly relaxing and peaceful. We explored the area and did most of the local attractions and after a long day we could come back and go in the hot tub to relax. It was exactly what we needed and couldn't want for any more!

Great host. Quiet setting but nearest town Balliborough poor for evening restaurants. From description we thought kayak n paddle boards came with chalet - had to book but little available . Hot tub great . All in all we would highly recommended it .

We had a truly wonderful stay at this charming cottage. The location is absolutely perfect—peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by beautiful countryside. It was the ideal spot to relax and unwind, with nature right at our doorstep. The cottage itself was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. It felt like a real home away from home. Our host Mairead was fantastic— She made sure we had everything we needed and had the turf fire lit on our arrival. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the beauty and tranquility of Donegal!

We had a wonderful extended stay in this beautiful cabin which made for an ideal base for our explorations of the National Park! We found it the best escape from reality, extremely peaceful and even in the inclement Welsh weather, a cozy retreat! The bed was incredibly comfortable. We found the hot tub easy to get going and it felt very much in line with the surroundings to unwind with the fire crackling below us! Kitchen was well stocked and the wet room was great with a hot and powerful shower. Although it felt very remote, there were all the mod cons you needed!We would definitely return!

We loved our stay with Nick and Charlotte. They were very helpful and made us feel very at home in beautiful surroundings. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub after a long walk in the mountains!

The cottage is an amazing getaway, a good digital detox in lovely surroundings with Alpacas for company. Paul was the perfect host throughout. We travelled with our pet dog too. The cottage is very well finished with all conveniences. The nearest supermarket is 10mins drive and we cooked in the cottage both nights. We wanted the two nights as a nice relaxing break. We did some hillwalking in the Slieve Bloom Mountains nearby. Highly recommend for a relaxing break away

I recently stayed at Gillian’s apartment with my family. The apartment has everything you need for your stay, is beautifully decorated and has the most fantastic view. It is set in a peaceful location but within walking distance of all amenities. Gillian is very responsive and on hand for any queries. 100% would recommend

We had the best 2 night stay in the Shepards hut ! From being surrounded by the absolutely stunning gardens, meeting the wild ducks and peahen 🦚 🦆 to exploring the absolutely stunning coastline and the Galloway forest park it really had everything we could have asked for and more. Our Hosts were absolutely lovely and did everything to make sure we had an epic stay. We loved having the gardens to ourselves it felt like we’d walked into another world. The bed was super comfy and the hut had everything we needed for our stay ! It was so cozy and clean and we will definitely come back in the near future ! It’s located perfectly as well with the tearoom on site and only being a 15 minute drive from Stranraer and 13 minute drive away from the Kitchen Coos and Ewes which we highly recommend doing whilst in the area if you want to get up close and cuddle and groom highlands cows. If you want to enjoy peaceful time and space in an emerald oasis, you have found it here. My spouse, friends and I felt right at home and enchanted by the landscape and accommodations. We each had a separate bedroom, beautifully appointed and comfortable beds. The kitchen and family room were our gathering spaces for connection and conversation. On the "wet rain" day, we enjoyed a movie from the hundreds available and offered by the host. Nick generously offered laundry facilities, tennis equipment, a trampoline and gorgeous walking trails. I highly recommend this welcoming opportunity for your travels.

Peters Place was wonderful, private. loved being on the farm with the animals. the surrounding area it was all perfect. Lots of area to walk and wonder. Peter offered great suggestions on things to do in the area. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved this place! The surroundings are stunning, the pictures don’t do it justice. The place is very spacious and modern, and I loved all the little stable-themed details. Would highly recommend and would LOVE to go back one day!

What an absolutely beautiful stay! The house is beautiful and on so much stunning land. John personally came down and gave us a little map with all the paths we could walk on the land which was so helpful. It was a good HQ point as we went on a lot of day trips and I could not recommend this cottage more! Can’t wait to come back!

Fantastic location with great views Peaceful, private and quiet Comfortable beds , dishwasher and washing machine, TV and Bluetooth speaker and WiFi, although we didn’t use the TV 🙂 Everything was there in case you forget something We would definitely recommend and stay there again

Perfect place for our family of 4. The cabin was plenty big enough for what we needed - a base for an activity packed break, whilst being cosy enough for the cold nights we had. Rebecca’s description of the cabin was spot on and instructions very clear and helpful. We ran out of electricity one evening, which we were told could be a possibility and Rebecca reimbursed immediately despite us saying she didn’t need to. The shower was a little temperamental and didn’t like all 4 of us showering one after another (tripped the elec) but was ok in short bursts! The location of the cabin was perfect … close enough to Caernarfon centre without being in the town and also only a short drive from Zip World, Llechwedd and Snowdon which we had planned. Rebecca had recommended The Black Boy Inn for food which was lovely (pricey, but worth it!), unfortunately, the Bella Pizza delivery service recommended no longer operates. We would definitely book with Rebecca again. Great host and great cabin.

The accommodation had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable and it was a great base for exploring local areas. Host was attentive and friendly:)

Came to Ireland for a family vacation - 8 adults and a 1 year old. This was our third AirBnb on the trip and cannot say enough about how wonderful it was! So much history but with modern amenities. It was the best part of our trip. Went on many walks - over to the castle and to Harvey's Point stopping at the Famine Pot and seeing great views of the lake & farm animals along the way. Stayed three nights and used the pool/pond and sauna every day. The dining & living rooms were really spacious. We cooked all of our meals - the kitchen is a great set up with loads of dishes and anything you could need. The butcher in town had a great selection. Musical instruments were a huge bonus. It was quite warm for May so we didn't have a chance to have any fires - but the fireplaces would be wonderful for cool nights. There is also the 'wagon' which has a double bed, small kitchen and seating area and an adjacent full bathroom available. Rose was always a message away and super helpful. Loved it!

We had such a lovely stay last weekend. It was in the most beautiful location with a fantastic view. Would definitely stay again.

The farm was amazing and safe, the children loved feeding the animals in the morning, the swimming pool was great for a rain afternoon and the games room was so fun. The BBQ Sharon and her husband put on for the guest was a fabulous bonus, so generous and delicious. We will be coming back!!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Rock Farm Slane! The place is so peaceful, surrounded by nature, making it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. Our dog, Zoe, had the best time exploring the wide, walkable spaces and taking in the beautiful sights. The atmosphere is serene, and it’s a wonderful spot to relax and unwind. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a tranquil getaway—especially for those with pets who love the outdoors! We’ll definitely be back.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

we really enjoyed our stay and made use of the hot tub which was an added bonus! Jo supplied everything we needed for our stay, including a carton of milk in the fridge, a lovely bottle of prosecco which was enjoyed by all of us. It was a home from home

Host was SO helpful & responded very fast. Place is very lovely, peaceful and lovely views from the decking & the main bedroom. Close to Snowdon too, thank you 🤍
