It's located 15 min from the town of Faverges, 35 min from the center of Annecy, 15min from the Annecy Lake and 40 minutes from the famous ski resorts. An ideal place combining relaxing & sport activities like hiking, Golf,paragliding, biking etc.

Former winegrower's house

in a small renovated house, come and relax in a hamlet on the heights of the village (15 min walk from the shops, a little elevation change to be expected) and at the foot of many hiking trails, you can rest on the private terrace overlooking the mountains or by the fireplace. In summer, you can enjoy water activities at Lac de Carouge, a 5-minute drive away (paddle boarding, beach). If you need meals, please don't hesitate to reach out. Towels are not provided.

(resorts nearby) and enjoy idyllic landscapes (Lake ANNECY, Lake du Bourget...).
