Cabin on Valentia Island

SeanaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
A little slice of heaven, beautiful views, peaceful and just what was needed after a busy day of touring. The property was spotless and welcoming. The yummy treats that were left for us were a thoughtful and pleasant surprise. It was truly a delight to be a guest at Emmet’s cabin. It’s also only a short walk to the local pub! Highly recommend staying here. Emmet and his sister Abbi communicated proactively and were very helpful and friendly.
A serene view of the coastline is captured at dawn, showcasing calm waters reflecting soft hues of the sky. Gentle hills lead towards the shoreline, with a path visible that meanders through a lush green landscape, enhancing the peaceful surroundings.

Portmagee | Valentia Is View|Neilie's Studio apt 4

This stay was cozy and clean, and in a quiet area. It’s a quick drive from Portmagee and Valentia Island. We appreciated the bread, eggs, milk, and butter left for breakfast. The host also took the time to greet us and hear our plans so he could give suggestions on local attractions we could see in our timeline.

This place is an absolute gem! Beautiful and truly magical — perfect for relaxing and escaping the everyday routine. The surrounding area is peaceful and full of nature, yet still close to many attractions. The jacuzzi and sauna are fantastic — pure relaxation, especially in the evenings. The hosts are wonderful, warm people — welcoming, helpful, and attentive to every detail. You can really tell they put their hearts into this place. You can also buy beautiful potted plants on site, which add to the charm and make for a lovely souvenir from your stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy spot with soul. I would love to come back again!

Mountain Views Room B

ChristyRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We stayed at Nicola’s home during our Ring of Kerry trip, and it was the perfect start. Nicola is a fantastic host! Friendly, thoughtful, and easy to talk to. We ended up having long conversations about culture, travel, design, languages, and even politics. She made us feel completely at home. Her cat Dasha is adorable and was always around, adding to the homely vibe. The place itself is cozy and welcoming. No wonder it's marked as a "guest favorite". We knew exactly why by the time we left. Nicola gave us our own key for easy entry and exit, and even treated us to a complimentary breakfast, which was a nice touch. Her recommendations for local sights and food were spot on. When we asked about attending Sunday mass, she checked with her friends and gave us the timings. She truly went out of her way to help. We’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

Mystical Ireland , Kerry's house of healing

We had a truly lovely stay with Shannon. She was incredibly welcoming and warm, making us feel right at home from the start. I wasn’t feeling well during our visit, and Shannon went above and beyond by offering a hot water bottle and even arranging a healing session the next day — such thoughtful care! Her home is ideal for those seeking peace and quiet, surrounded by animals, nature and calm. As a bonus, we were treated to a fantastic breakfast that made our morning extra special. Highly recommended!
