The space is exactly as shown in the photos, everything was very clean and very organized. The apartment is spacious and has a great bathroom, with an excellent shower! The hosts were always very available and answered any questions very quickly and cordially. Access to the bus that takes you to downtown Florence is very close and practical. The recommendations were very helpful and clear!

A beautiful apartment that feels like home, lived in and super cozy! I found Linda to welcome me for check-in at the agreed time and I immediately felt comfortable. The area is not very central so it does not suffer from the tourist crowd, but the proximity to the tram allows you to move easily. I was in the city for the Florence Rocks, the apartment and the location of the festival are on the same line so it's very convenient! I'm already thinking about coming back next year...

We had the most amazing stay at Sibilla's apartment! It is STUNNINGLY decorated and almost makes it feel like you are staying in the Medici Chapel itself. The apartment had everything we needed, and the plant room/ sunroom was glorious to enjoy in the mornings/returning after a day's exploring. We met both Niccolo and Sibilia and both were so friendly and helpful. The area surrounding the apartment is perfect, with central Florence being a 20 minute walk away, and the restaurants/shops/wine bars of Santo Spirito being literally on your doorstep. This is the most enjoyable Air BnB we have ever stayed in, and would come back in a heartbeat! Grazie mille!!

We had a wonderful stay – it truly felt like a home away from home. The apartment was the perfect base for exploring Florence. While it’s a little further from the main sights, the tram system is easy to use (though it can get very busy at times). The location was ideal for us as it was just a short walk to the Visarno Arena, which was great for Firenze Rocks! The apartment itself exceeded our expectations – the photos don’t quite capture how spacious it really is. There was plenty of room for the two of us, and the balcony was a lovely surprise. We also really appreciated the air con, especially with the intense summer heat. The decor was clean and calming, making it feel like a peaceful retreat after busy days out. While there was occasional noise from the road and some banging from the upstairs apartment at night, we used earplugs and had no trouble sleeping. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-connected place to stay, away from the tourist crowds!

Loved the pool and garden! Host was very respinsive. If hot outside, make sure to learn public transportation or use taxi. If nice out, it would be a beautiful walk into the city for meals/activities.

A beautiful apartment with everything you need including a balcony overlooking trees and the hills in the distance. Super easy to get into the city centre by train or bus. The balcony was lovely for breakfast and a drink watching the sunset. Would thoroughly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Cossimo’s. He and Francesca were so welcoming and kind. They answered every question we had and were even kind enough to let us check in a bit early- so so appreciated because we hadn’t slept in nearly 30 hours. Highly recommend!

I loved the stay in apartment 8, the photos seem to fall short of expressing how beautiful it is, the design, the elegance, everything is spectacular, it makes you feel better than at home, when you arrive everything smells very good and the cleanliness is exceptional, Niccolo was super kind, he explained everything to us in detail and even recommended places to eat and was very flexible with the time for check-out. Around the corner, there is a supermarket where you can buy everything. Also, on the corner, you have bus 20 that takes you to the terminal and you can take another from there, or you can walk to the train station and go to the center. The idea of being in Florence is to walk and get to know its beautiful streets, so it's worth doing. I'll be back in Florence someday and I'd definitely stay here again. Thanks to Niccolo and Ranieri for making the stay exceptional.

We loved our stay in this perfectly located apartment in the heart of Florence, just steps from the Mercato Centrale and all the must-see sights. The apartment was clean, cosy, and cool – an oasis after a day of exploring the city’s rich history and famous food culture. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and felt like a home away from home. Sabrina was a wonderful host, full of great tips and local recommendations that made our visit even more special. We can’t wait to come back!

We loved this little haven in the middle of the busy city. The apartment was beautiful. As soon as you walk in you feel a sense of calm. The little loft area is so cool and fun. The bedroom is perfect and quiet. I’d say the only thing we needed was water glasses but other than that the apartment was perfect. I’d definitely stay here again.

Claudio's accommodation is 10/10! It was super clean and tastefully decorated. Easily accessible from the city center by public transport. Small shops, restaurants and grocery store a few steps from the apartment. I highly recommend it! Thank you Claudio!

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Florence! The location couldn’t have been better—just steps from the Duomo and everything the city has to offer. The apartment was clean, the bed was comfortable, and despite being so central, it was surprisingly quiet. The real highlight was the balcony—enjoying a glass of wine with a view of the Duomo was unforgettable. Highly recommend!

A huge thanks to Rosella for hosting us in her amazing apartment. Very central location within walking distance to Ponte Vecchio and many local attractions. The private terrace with the Palazzo Vecchio overlooking was perfect for breakfast or late evening watching the sun set with a few drinks. The apartment was spotless clean and very much as described. We were met by our very friendly host at the apartment whom welcomed and showed us around the apartment. We stayed as two couples and a perfect place to stay - I would very much recommend Rosella and her apartment.

Massimiliano takes pride in his home and history and goes above and beyond to welcome you. We felt right at home, beds were comfortable and large bathrooms were a plus. We didn’t use the kitchen to cook but it appeared well stocked. The location is very nice, safe, easily reachable by bus and walkable to all major sites. We enjoyed our stay and we enjoyed the authenticity of Massimiliano’s home and beautiful city.

Excellent location and beautiful apartment. Easy to get in self-check in and good communication with the host. Great kitchen, stocked with all the hardware you need. Common area was comfortable for the 4 of us. The view is amazing. Balconies on the water with close up views of Ponte Vecchio. Definitely one of the best places we've stayed in a 20 day trip in several cities.

From booking to checking out, things could not have been smoother. Everything was as described and Alessandra was a very responsive and reasonable host. The area was also fantastic- 10 minutes walk to the Duomo and the restaurants and bars in the small Piazza five minutes’ walk away were excellent. Hope to return soon!

Martina's place was a great rental in central Florence. Close enough to walk to major landmarks and the central train station. The place has everything you need and more. We were met by Martina and her friendly dog on arrival. She is very friendly and hospitable and took her time to show us her home and give us lots of information on the area and suggestions. I would recommend this rental to everyone!

We loved our stay here. Right next to the Duomo and close to everything in Florence making it super easy to get around. Loved the inside of the apartment too and was overall amazing. Silvia was very helpful and great!
