My stay at this Airbnb was absolutely fantastic! The housekeeper was incredibly thoughtful and helpful, helping a lot with the commutes and making the experience even more enjoyable. The place is an oasis of tranquility, with lots of greenery and many trees, ideal for those seeking peace and connection with nature. The house is large and spacious, with a super-equipped kitchen full of utensils, which made meals much easier. Also, there were several televisions scattered around the house, ensuring entertainment for everyone. The real farm, with animals, a swimming pool and a lake, was a real charm, especially for children. And to top it off, the pool table provided fun family moments. It was an unforgettable experience and I recommend this place from the heart!

The apartment is excellent, full of amenities. The kitchen is complete, with everything you need and a little more. The bathroom has an excellent shower. The living room is spacious and the TV even has access to streaming. The room has large, spacious closets, you can take everything. The host was extremely attentive, agile and polite. The apartment is not exactly in Ipatinga, but it was extremely fast to get to the city center (15 minutes) and I was able to get an Uber easily to go (in the morning) and return (late afternoon).

Property well located, clean and organized. Juliana is extremely solicit, an excellent host! She helped us with everything we needed. We had a great stay! We indicate the space for those who want to stay close to the center.

Juliana was very responsive. The apartment is very practical and ideal for accommodating up to 4 people. There are pots and pans for cooking and supermarkets nearby. The beds have a hard mattress, for those who don't like it can be a problem. Note: Do not leave the windows open after 3pm as many mosquitoes enter.
