Charming Seaside House in Forio The house is just a short distance from Forio’s port, easily reachable by taxi in just 5 minutes or by bus, with a stop only 2 minutes away on foot. For those who prefer to drive, a free parking spot for small vehicles is available. ⚠ To access the accommodation, you need to go down an external staircase with 20 steps. The descent is simple and safe, but we mention it in advance to ensure full transparency for all our guests. This two-level property, approximately 120 sqm in size, also features a spacious terrace and a balcony with stunning sea views. The bright apartment offers sea views from every room and is situated in a peaceful, natural setting. It includes: Private Entrance 3 Bedrooms 3 Bathrooms Living Room Kitchen Balcony Terrace Lower Floor: THE FIRST BEDROOM features a new, comfortable double bed, a two-door wardrobe with wooden hangers, a sea-view desk with a chair, and a private router for optimal Wi-Fi connectivity, perfect for remote work. The room is equipped with bed linens, extra pillows, and both a spring and winter blanket. Adjacent to this room is a bathroom with a walk-in shower, towels, soap, shower gel, shampoo, and toothpaste. UPPER FLOOR : A few steps up leads to the living room, which offers a full sea view. This area includes a comfortable sofa bed, a smart TV, air conditioning, a fridge with a freezer, a dining table for 6, and a large cupboard with all necessary cooking utensils including cutlery, pots, and glasses. The living room also has a small sea-view kitchen equipped with a large oven and cooking essentials (salt, oil, sugar, coffee, pepper, vinegar), and a cabinet with laundry and cleaning supplies. Next to the living room are TWO MORE BEDROOM, each with a new, comfortable double bed and breathtaking views of Cava dell'Isola. THE FIRST BEDROOM is furnished with a four-door wardrobe and bed linens, with an adjacent bathroom featuring a shower cabin. THE SECOND BEDROOM is spacious and has a four-door wardrobe; it can accommodate an extra cot if needed for a seventh person. This room also includes a private bathroom without a shower but with a bidet and towels. ADDITIONAL COMFORT: Air conditioning is available IN ALL ROOMS THE TERRACE , accessible from both the living room and bedrooms, is the highlight of the house: an outdoor area with a sea view, featuring a table for 4/8 people, new cushioned outdoor sofas, sun loungers, a beach chair, and a barbecue. Next to the terrace, a balcony with a fountain is equipped with a bucket, broom, and dustpan. Art enthusiasts will enjoy the paintings displayed throughout the house. Additionally, a private path near the house leads quickly to the famous Cava dell'Isola beach. The entire house, terrace, and balcony are for the exclusive use of the guests.

You can go on many excursions in the mountains or by the sea, rent bikes, motorcycles, cars, etc. You can find all the shops in the town.

Our fishermen's house boasts an excellent location, two bedrooms (one double and one twin), a kitchen, a living room, and a bathroom. The living room features a sofa bed, and the living/dining area overlooks the sea. There is also a small balcony where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or watch incredible sunsets over an aperitif. Air conditioning available in all rooms, Wi-Fi, TV, satellite TV, safe, equipped with all amenities, linens and dishes included. Centrally located.

Wonderful flat in the heart of Sant'Angelo, the suggestive fishermen's hamlet in the Island of Ischia. Next to the beach and the little famous square, the flat is on the first floor of our house and is composed by sleeping area with double bed, kitchenette, bathroom with shower and balcony with an amazing sea view; there are TV sat, air conditioner and Wi-Fi. Near the flat there are restaurants, bar, boutiques, taxy and bus station, car/scooter rental, toll parkings.
