Vacation rentals with a patio in Capitólio

Arnaldo was very friendly and attentive throughout the process, from before our arrival to our departure! Very complete apartment, extremely clean and organized! Perfect garage, perfect lighting, impeccable air-conditioning, one of the best locations we've ever been to, and we've been on the site since the beginning!

Our stay was great, the flat is as advertised with three suites that accommodated us very well. The Delma hostess was very friendly and helpful, she was always willing to help us. I would definitely stay in the apartment again, great cost-benefit.

The apartment is impeccable in all aspects. Since the time of arrival, it was possible to notice the care with the details, such as the pleasant aroma when opening the door. All the kitchen items were new and worked perfectly. In addition, there were basic items available, such as coffee, sugar, sweetener, salt and teas, which provided extra comfort after the trip.The property has air conditioning in the bedroom and living room, extremely clean and fragrant towels, shampoo, liquid soap, toilet paper and hair dryer in the bathroom. In the bedroom, the bedding was impeccable, including duvet and blankets, and the bed proved very comfortable. The presence of black-out curtains in both the bedroom and the living room ensured excellent rest nights. The photos of the ad faithfully represent the place, which is really beautiful and well taken care of. The host's service was exceptional, demonstrating attention to every detail and contributing to a unique experience. Without a doubt, it was perfect.

It was great to see Capitolio, I decided at the last minute, and everything worked out thanks to Augusto who responded promptly.

Good location, new apartment, as well as the furniture, full kitchen, Augusto was always responsive, recommended companies for speedboat and 4x4 rides. When we arrived, he was in the building and welcomed us very warmly. I recommend and intend to come back more often

We went on this trip, me, my husband and our two pet children, we had the most incredible 3 days, without a doubt Julinho's house was one of the best (if not the best) we have ever stayed. Easy and privileged location in the morning with the singing of countless birds, an incredible sunrise and sunset, the condominium has a garden and a perfect swimming pool, we did not use it but we enjoyed the sunset, we lay down in the chairs and it was incredible. The house is exceptional, new and without useless things. Everything we really needed to make meals was there, and even a barbecue and backyard, which was great, because we enjoyed it a lot with the pets. I just have to thank you for the incredible hospitality and the wonderful days we had, soon we will undoubtedly return to stay more days. Thank you Julinho, God bless you, and prosper. :) And new guests will not be afraid to find a perfect, beautiful and clean accommodation!

A little piece of heaven on earth. Literally this is the perfect description for this place. A place of tranquility, cozy, surrounded by a lot of green...an indescribable peace, great for those looking for tranquility and reconnecting. The site is close to the center of the city, about 5 min by car and there are other legal points there: the latícinio chagas, the quiet cachaçaria and the best a waterfall that has not been known for about 5 minutes walking from the site. The house is large and airy, and has accommodated our family well. San was super helpful, responded to messages quickly and recommended to us several local points and trades for us to enjoy. Renewed Energias! Super recommend and we intend to return!

Perfect. I the middle of Serra da Canastra, you'll be surrounded by raw nature in a pristine clean space with good internet quality and all amenities. It located near all the places where you can visit. The house is easy to clean and very confortable. I recommend you go using a 4x4 to explore Furnas surroundings. There are louva-a-deus, a lot of different birds, vaga-lumes! A perfect place to go with family or friends.
