Rustic retreat

This cottage is very comfortable and cute. It is rustic but we have AC and heat for every season. The outside has a lovely courtyard with fire pit and string lights. This cottage is very centrally located with Los Olivos just a mile up the road and Solvang 3 miles down the road. There are many wineries in every direction walking distance and a bike ride away. It sleeps two comfortably in our queen size bed. Please let us know the duration of time in which she would like to stay.

This country home is located in the beautiful hills near Nojoqui Falls park! The amazing views of the Valley are so wonderful to enjoy with a glass wine in hand. We are on 20 acres with a vinyard, and located right across the street from Folded Hills Farm. This is a new house with all the amenities to have a fun and relaxing vacation away from the hustle and bustle of city life. You will see lots of wild life and when you want to take a walk head down to the falls.

Very clean 1BR (10x10’), 1 small BA, small LR(10x14’) and private patio! 1/2 mi from the bluffs! All essentials: microwave,smartTV, WiFi, minifridge, coffee,snacks. Very comfy beds, even sofabed, safe quiet neighborhood. One cal king bed in br+ sofabed in LR. Peaceful serene patio. Perfect for 2, ok for 3. BA is compact, with shower, toilette, sink sharing same tiled floor, but still well stocked with amenities.
