The apartment is very well located for business or holidays. The ceiling and the bed upstairs, you have to be agile because the stairs are steep and above all there is a lack of storage for things. Otherwise the apartment is very clean. Very good condition with a beautiful view.

Everything is as described, perfect and no unpleasant surprises. Impeccable cleanliness and very good foresight of water cuts with reserves. Recommended!

What a wonderful place! When we arrived, we were greeted with a Planter (local drink). The apartment was perfect and comfortable. What can I say about the view of the pool and the sea!!! It's perfect to rest. The place is very well soundproofed, you can't hear any noise at night. Plus, there's air conditioning in the bedrooms. We found it very convenient to have two full bathrooms when there are 4 of us. Secure place thanks to a barrier with code to enter the parking lot. Within walking distance, you have the grocery store, several bakeries, pizza, local vendors, etc.! Communication with Thierry was impeccable.

Ideal accommodation: sea and pool views, access to the sea, next to shops, a fruit basket offered on arrival, very well-equipped apartment in a very well-maintained residence (impeccable garden and pool). Kind regards, Marc.

Very nice apartment, nice location in Gosier. Communication with the property managers was excellent, they are very attentive and responsive to ensure that the stay goes smoothly. The apartment is very well-equipped, clean, and convenient to use. I would recommend it in a second.

The apartment is very nice and fully matches the description. It is quiet, with a water reserve, which is a definite asset because water cuts are numerous. Secure parking is a real plus too. For the apartment and its equipment, everything has been thought out by Elisa, right down to the bags for shopping. The icing on the cake, immaculate cleanliness and a small welcome drink that was much appreciated.

From our arrival we were captivated by the superb view, even better than in the photos. The apartment is well-equipped, close to a private beach with easy access and a nice restaurant. The location is ideal in a secure residence for visiting Grand Terre and Pointe des Châteaux but less suitable for Basse Terre (logical according to what you prioritize) Unfortunately, we suffered several consecutive days of total water outage (recurring a priori in Saint Francis especially during heavy rains) the accommodation had non-potable water reserve in jerry cans for the toilets so it was necessary to supply drinking water but the owner was willing to take care of it, this situation tarnished the stay but not of course because of the owner but because of the structure of management of the local water distribution. Overall, a nice apartment with nice amenities and suitable for visiting Grande Terre.

We had a great week at this property. Very quiet cottage located just in front of the pool. The detailed email sent by Camille before our arrival is very clear and contains all the recommendations. The mosquito net around the bed is essential because there were a lot of them. We bought and plugged in two diffusers (1 bedroom + 1 bathroom) and were able to enjoy our stay peacefully. The accommodation is actually located on the heights of Bouillante and the road to get there is impressive the first time but in the end you get used to it. I would recommend this very cozy accommodation for a couple.

We had a great time, the place and the view are great, 5 minutes from a very nice intimate beach… the accommodation is very nicely decorated, spacious… the terrace is large and very nice… we recommend this accommodation which has good services and is wonderfully well located from the beach of Grande Anse and the beach of La Perle (beautiful)

As soon as we arrived, we were seduced by the impeccable cleanliness, the warm atmosphere and the many small details designed for our comfort. It's a place we recommend without a second thought and where we'll come back without hesitation.

There were five of us who used the cottage as a family. It is at the height, very private and quiet and the views of Les Saintes and the other Antilles are fantastic. Inside spacious, kitchen well equipped. The communication with host Anne-Sophie was great. Easily accessible and super nice, very helpful for minor problems with water and power. We will be happy to come back!

One of the best Airbnb's we've stayed in over the past ten years. Everything is perfectly maintained and all amenities one could ever need are provided. The modern furniture is comfortable and usable. And yes, the view is mesmerizing and always evolving with the flow of yachts in the beautiful harbor below.

Cool Place, a few steps from the gosier Beach. The stairs are here for the first sweat of the day, but they are only really a pain at the check-out, when you need to leave and bring the luggage back on top;-) nice view, absolute private feeling in the apartment!
