Wall to Wall Cool- Filled with Original Art and Sculpture

This apartment is on one end of a larger main house. The shared wall was retro-fit with sound dampening cellulose fill in February of 2018. This enhancement along with many others provide the feel and comfort of being in your own space. This is Listed as 2 bedrooms, however there is no door between the 2 rooms. They are separated by 3 steps and a hallway. Please see pictures for a thorough view of the layout. Proximity to destinations; Vin 909 0.2 miles, Boatyard Bar & Grill 0.3, Eastport bridge, gateway to the downtown area 0.7 miles, City Dock 1.1 miles, Naval Academy 1.2 miles There is a Murphy Queen cabinet Bed, plus a Leather couch that turns into a queen bed allowing 4 to sleep comfortably, 2 to a bed. Very calm and relaxed space, a great place to recharge as you discover the area. Of Note: Hotel cleanliness standards vary greatly; with comforters frequently being a little dubious. Just how many turnovers are factored in before they get washed? High traffic carpeted floors can hide unwanted history. Walking in your bare feet should only make you feel free, never uneasy. Our pledge; every guest will sleep on clean sheets, over a freshly sanitized mattress cover under a bed comforter or bed blanket that was cleaned before their visit. When shams are present, they are laundered every single time. All surfaces are cleaned and if something’s not right, let us know and it will be. Life can be a mystery, but your Airbnb stay should never be. Shared Use of the Front porch to the right of the house. Wifi, (2) 4K TV's one 48" and the other is 60", industrial under counter fridge that will keep everything nice and cold. Dishes, glasses plates are all available. The (2 ) Roku TV remotes have inputs for standard ear buds, so you can stay up way late and watch TV while not waking up your friend/spouse/relative, buddy, just plug in... I'm kind of a non-intrusive, sort of do my own thing sort of person. Very mindful not to step on other peoples good times. Available through text to answer any questions you may have. I've lived in the area most of my adult life and am always happy to help. The house is in the eclectically odd neighborhood of Eastport. It's close to great restaurants, bars, and pubs. Vin 909 Winecafe is less than a five-minute walk from the house, and it's across the street from three more restaurants and a drug store. Walk it man, walk it! it's good for you and what's the rush. Driving downtown can be painful and crowded. Plus why pay the man to park, when you've got free parking at the house? Proximity to destinations; Vin 909 0.2 miles, Boatyard Bar & Grill 0.3, Eastport bridge, gateway to the downtown area 0.7 miles, City Dock 1.1 miles, Naval Academy 1.2 miles The house is on a main road to downtown. So there is a fair amount of traffic in front of the house. There is also a fire station just down the road, so passing sirens often accompany the din of general city traffic. For your comfort there is a white noise machine in the front bedroom area. There is also a small fan in the closet if you prefer to sleep with a fan. Please use caution when pulling out of the drive way. When walking downtown, the side streets are much quieter, so pick the path that best suits you.

My home (owner occupied/shared) sports a spectacular view of the Chesapeake Bay with access to the beach. The home is spacious with a family, dining, breakfast and living room. Significant kitchen space is available with all of the cookware and place settings you would need for a meal. The master bath is handicapped accessible. Sharon’s place was just as described. It was a convenient home base close to our family that we were visiting. We were very happy that our dogs were able to join us. There are a decent amount of steps down to the suite that we had to assist our senior pups with. The suite was clean and had a basic kitchen set up good for coffee in the morning or reheating take out. The location was very convenient to all local things to do. We were very happy with our stay.

I loved staying at this wonderful Airbnb! It is just perfect for a single or a couple. On the water, in a quiet setting, just outside Annapolis. Clean, beautifully decorated, very comfortable bed and a great shower and bathroom. Arrived right as a storm was coming and the host met me and helped me get into the unit quickly just as the storm hit (very appreciative!). Set up my work laptop- internet was great. Not a work trip but somehow work usually needs a bit of attention. I can't say enough about how perfect this was for me. The water view front and back was lovely. I sat on the back deck with my coffee and just soaked up the sun. It was so comfortable and I hope to be back to visit again. Thank you!

Sail, Power Boat into Deep Creek Arnold Getaway

After a very long drive from Alabama we found out it was totally worth it! This place was close to town, but far enough away for the peace and quiet we were looking for. The host was very responsive. Everything was fully furnished, just like the description. We fished from the dock and caught enough for a small fish fry. We were also provided with crab traps to use. Our first time cooking crab, and they were delicious. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway, I would definitely recommend this beautiful cottage. We look forward to returning soon.

The house is new and in “mint” condition. The house is very spacious and had everything we needed for a long weekend. The house is only 6-7 miles from downtown Annapolis, but it feels a bit longer than that (only marginal downside I can mention). The street on which the house is located is quiet, and is very easy to reach from the Bay bridge. There are nice beaches at the state park on minutes away. On the whole, we were very happy with the house. It served our needs perfectly for a long weekend in Annapolis.

Charming Waterfront Cottage on Historic Property

What an absolute treat to stay at the Cottage at Whitehall. We had such a lovely time, we stayed an extra day! Ty & Susie are gracious hosts and we were so excited to get a tour of the mansion and explore the grounds. The private beach at the back of the cottage is phenomenal, please take the canoe out - or even go for a swim. The sand is silky and soft, it was like a giant swimming pool nearly all to yourself. My husband enjoyed the canoe immensely (the waves scare me, so it wasn’t too much for me / but if you canoe out on the Meredith River it’s much calmer). If you fish - bring your fishing gear!! (Check local laws first, of course) Absolutely do not hesitate to book here if you have the chance, highly recommended 😍

Connor and Abigail’s place was absolutely perfect for our week! It was so quiet, clean, and comfortable and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is super cute and so close to all the shops in downtown Annapolis. It’s also a pretty central location for visiting DC and Baltimore as well. I would absolutely stay here again!
