The beaches are about a 20-minute walk and a 5-minute drive from the house. Although Cobaticas does not have any trade or service, the town of los Belones is a 7-minute drive away and Cabo de Palos and the Manga del Mar Menor are less than 15 minutes away. Cartagena is about 30 minutes away.

It consists of three simple bedrooms with double beds, plus a cozy living-dining room with open kitchen and a bathroom. Its garden is perfect for stargazing at night or enjoying an outdoor meal during the day. Next to the house there is another casita that is rented the same as ours.
