I stayed at this lovely Airbnb in Pervolia, Larnaca for one night and had an absolutely wonderful experience. Originally, I booked the stay to view some local properties as I’m considering relocating to the area. Although the property I intended to view wasn’t available at a convenient time, this turned out to be a blessing in disguise—I ended up having an incredibly relaxing and enjoyable stay. The host, Kennith, was excellent—very responsive and accommodating, answering all my enquiries promptly. The property itself was beautiful, well-maintained, and located in a peaceful area within walking distance to the beach. I took a serene walk along the shoreline towards the lighthouse and finished the day with a fantastic meal at a nearby restaurant (Theta) that could easily rival those in the world’s most upscale destinations. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a tranquil retreat in a charming coastal village. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

We had a really nice peaceful break at this little oasis of tranquility.

A large platter is filled with an assortment of fried seafood, including whole fish, calamari rings, and shellfish. The dish is garnished with fresh greens and lemon wedges, offering a vibrant presentation. Accompanying plates of salad and additional seafood can be seen in the background.

The "Artist's" Apartment Near the Sea

The place is close to the beach, at the time of my stay it was a quiet environment. The equipment was sufficient. Since I had a longer stay, it was very pleasant for me that there was also a cooking facility available. The host responds quickly, is very friendly and also gives tips for good food or sights. The nearest shopping is about 25 minutes away if you walk. It wasn't a problem for me.

Great place to stay, amazing views. We were lucky the field in front of the house were lush and green. Nice coastal walks, great restaurants along the path, both Enalia and Theta had really nice food with traditional and fusion options. The house is very well equipped with labels on switches which makes a lot of difference in a rental. The place is very quiet day and night. we really liked the open plan living dining space.
