Vacation rentals with a home theater in Cape Cod Bay

The landlord is very friendly and always responds to our inquiries immediately. The environment is clean and has everything we need. The location is excellent, making it easy to get anywhere. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Boston in the future!

There aren’t enough characters to articulate how WONDERFUL this stay was and how great Jonah is. I had originally booked somewhere else and they double-booked— there were literally people in my unit! I was in a major bind because it was the holiday weekend and two Ivy-League grad weekends at the same time. I had friends in from all over the country for graduation and no place for them to stay until Jonah helped us out. Literally nothing else available, but Jonah was not only able to find us something— but hooked us up in a BIG way and in the wee hours of the night. The place was lovely but the service, attention to detail, and kindness was unmatched. I am so grateful to Jonah and Nora (his wife)- they saved the day. Best part: they joined all of us for a celebratory dinner. Would DEFINITELY book with them again!

Randi was an amazing host. Very responsive, helpful, and very flexible. Really made our stay enjoyable and was kind enough to be really flexible with our check out our last day so we could enjoy the beautiful weather. The home was immaculate and beautiful. Very close to amazing restaurants, the cliff walk, the beach etc. The house was stocked with all necessities and then some! We had such a lovely stay and felt right at home. Can’t say enough great things about this home, I would HIGHLY recommend!!

Really easy to book and S kept communication simple and easy. We have a seen a lot of bait and switches with the other owners of Wyndham properties in Newport. S was upfront and got us the space we wanted. The property is under construction so there were some issues with that, but it’s ending in September so future renters should be able to enjoy renovated pools and common spaces. Overall a great stay at a nice property. Thank you S!

Lovely stay in this 2nd floor apartment. Such a quiet neighborhood but so close to Newport. Beautiful floors and comfortable beds, would recommend!

This was a last minute booking and Karen was amazing!! She reached out to me right away and I was able to secure this place on one of the busiest weekends in Newport!! The place was the absolute perfect location, I did not have to move my car once. The space itself was very spacious and had a lot of light for a basement dwelling. Very cute. I’m so excited. I have found a new place to stay in Newport every time I come and visit. Thank you, Karen for being such a gracious host.

We booked Davidson’s place for the week of Thanksgiving and had a wonderful experience. It was exactly as depicted/described - immaculately clean, spacious and well furnished. The beds were super comfy and we particularly appreciated the Nintendo Switch for the kids. Davidson was a pleasure to communicate with throughout and we’d happily book his place again!

Craig was always responsive answering all my questions in a timely manner. The space is perfect for myself, two friends, and 2 kids. We loved having 3 showers (2 indoors and one outdoor), being less than a mile to the beach, and the screened in patio with a grill. The patio was perfect for morning coffee, dinner together, and game nights. We never felt crowded. The location not only is close to the beach, but great food, mini-golf, and much more.

Thank you the place was awesome no complaints here me and the family had a great time and from some one that didn’t grow up seeing a place like this one this created a great memories for me and the family once again thank you.

Beautiful, clean, and modern home stocked with all the essentials and then some! Indoor and outdoor activities, friendly neighborhood, family -friendly, and within walking distance to the beach. Great hosts. Highly recommend. Would stay again.

Sam was very responsive when issue with check in code and all through our stay. Was very accommodating for an early check in. Well stocked kitchen for spices and cooking supplies etc utensils and such. Ping pong table was a big hit as were the numerous games available for our family to enjoy together. Dog loved the fenced in yard and neighborhood for walks. Well stocked bathrooms.

This is a beautiful home! It had everything we needed and then some. Beautiful view from most of the home. Master bedroom view and large balcony off of the kids bedrooms to see out as well. I hate using a small at home gym set up but this actually provided a decent workout. No large weights though. My kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves both of my older kids left their own raving reviews on our checkout sheet. We enjoyed the beach, doordashed lots of food, cooked in the kitchen, watched movies in the basement, enjoyed mocktails on the patio, I will forever miss that kitchen ! Definitely a wonderful stay!

This was the perfect place for our far flung family to spend the holidays together in Arlington, where one of our adult children lives. The house is spacious and well designed, with plenty of room to spread out. The amount of natural light was so cheerful, and the pellet stove made the family room warm and cozy. The kitchen is bright and modern with everything needed to prepare meals. Although we didn't have small children with us, there were many games and toys available for those that do. The house was very clean too. Overall, this was just a great experience!

Great spot right near the beach. Had two young kids and was great to be able to easily go back to the condo. Very walkable area close to some good spots. Great location!

Great spot to stay away from busy Ptown. Loved being steps from the beach and enjoyed many meals on the patio with ocean views! Appreciated the communication with the host, easy parking and a very clean space. It was larger than expected being a studio!

Very comfortable house, perfect for our large family stay. The kids loved the theater. It was quick and easy to take the T into downtown Boston, and a short walk to the waterfront with great views of the Boston skyline. Highly recommended!

We stayed for an extended weekend. The place is a bit away from Provincetown. We once walked, and it was about 50 minutes. There were also some buses that Google Maps indicated, but we mostly drove. The place was right as described. The backdoor leads you directly to the beach, but it was too cold to swim on that weekend. Preeti was very responsive to our inquiries before our stay, and we didn't really need to reach out to her during our stay; everything was clear and self-explanatory.
