Vacation rentals with a patio in Capalaba

Mark and Brooke's bnb allowed us to have a fantastic, relaxing getaway in Brisbane. The place was very inviting and comfortable. Its location near the bay was great for walks and leisure, while its extreme proximity to the train station made getting into Brisbane very easy. To to top it all off, Mark and Brooke went the extra mile to help us in accommodating our baby daughter. I highly recommend this bnb for people visiting Brisbane.

The Unit was in a great area with was access to shops and public transport if you require it. Easy instructions, very clean, Kitchen was well stocked, and bathroom had body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Parking was under cover and safe. Nathalie was very helpful as we had a late check-in after a family wedding in the city. Storme's daughter Liora minded our Moodle Missy when we went to the reception on the Friday night. Liora was polite, friendly and amazing with Missy. We had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend this accommodation. We will certainly stay in the future when in Brisbane again.

We had a great stay at Will's place. The location is fantastic, you can walk everywhere, but also easy access to the buses and ferries, and there's some excellent restaurants close by. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable, and the view is mesmerising especially at night! There is traffic noise at night, but it's to be expected in the location; coming from an area that has no night time noise we've learnt to take earplugs with us when we travel and we had no trouble sleeping, plus the bed is super comfy. Will's communication prior to and throughout our stay was great, he provided excellent instructions for both check in and check out and we found everything to be straightforward and simple. I would recommend Will's place for your stay in Brisbane.

Very clean and presentable with close proximity to the city which was the reason for our stay. Hosts were great with proactive and clear communication.

Great accommodation for our 4 day stay in Brisbane, the hosts were accommodating and brought a new iron. Apartment looks like the photos, enough room for the 5 of us. James was very kind enough to post some items we had left over for express delivery so we could have them before our return to the UK. Thanks again!

This was a gorgeous little place! Camilla was so helpful and recommended her favourite places to have lunch and good walking/running spots for us when I asked her. Very responsive and helpful and the place was lovely. Would definitely stay here again!

Miriam’s cabin is located in an industrial area. During the day, you hear the noises from neighbouring businesses. The whole place is set up like a mini caravan park with a common room in the middle of the complex. The cabin window faces the common room, so you will hear when some people are talking there. Be aware that other rooms share the wall with the cabin I stayed in, so you will hear whatever is going on in the next room and vice versa. The complex is great for motorhome travellers and business travellers like me. The washing machine and dryer were free. She provides most of the things the travellers need. The cabin is spacious and quirky in a fun way. I enjoyed finding the process of the complex grew into what it is now talknig to Miriam. Overall, I enjoyed staying there. Miriam and her husband were fantastic hosts. I will stay there again when I have my work trip in the area. I hope you will enjoy what Miriam and her hubby offer.

This home is beautiful, Nick is extremely quick with communication, the place was clean and fresh, easy to find and easy to check in, the electric lazy boy chairs were a happy find. The house is extremely modern but keeps its Queenslander charm, sitting on the sunny deck looking at the forest in front with the bird life was a real treat, would recommend and will definitely stay again.

Helen’s place was absolutely immaculate, cannot recommend highly enough…absolutely perfect….have already recommended to another adult family that visit there regularly…..

Walking distance to coffee shops, public transport right outside the door and ample parking. The house itself is beautifully renovated throughout, with a spacious layout, two well sized living areas and an enclosed backyard with ample undercover and grass area. The kitchen is exceptionally stocked with all that you could possibly need and you can easily cater for large numbers. Host was attentive and communication was excellent. Wynnum is such a lovely area and close proximity to the motorway for both north and south and minutes from the cbd. Wynnum also has a train station which is easily accessible by taking the bus that stops outside the property. All in all, a great place to stay no matter the occasion. Thank you.

A wonderful stay. The additional bedroom and bathroom was excellent for us as an extended family. Evie (granddaughter) loved the area for play. So good our son and family could stay and enjoy their own space. Easy to eat together and close enough to go to planned events and activities like Blueys World and the Koala Sanctuary.

Minnie’s by the Bay is in a lovely location - views of the golf course and the bay. Close to shops and restaurants. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the central heating came in very handy during the winter cold snap we experienced. Would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Van’s place and she was a great host!. The space was perfect for our group of 6 with larger communal areas but also plenty of room for personal down time. We had a combination of mums and daughters so we were each able to have our own areas upstairs and downstairs. The house was very clean and Van was generous with supplies. Van’s communication was excellent and her instructions clear and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Je recommande fortement ce logement quand on veut visiter Brisbane. Mention spéciale pour la vue et le coucher de soleil depuis la terrasse. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, l'appartement était propre et très bien agencé. L'accès à la salle de sport et la piscine est très sympa. Sonia a toujours répondu à nos questions en étant réactive.

Great spot! Walking distance to lots of great restaurants and coffee shops. Host was super quick to reply to any questions I had. Place was super clean and tidy.

Amy's place was more than perfect , just how the lay out of the building alone is worth a look , the unit is perfect , set up in a very stylish way

The apartment is in a great location, walkable distance to not only restaurants/bars but also local train stations making travel to/from and around the area easy. The rooftop pool and sitting area is also a great bonus. The apartment itself is well furnished, clean throughout and well stocked with amenities. We especially appreciated the cold water in the fridge! Would definitely stay here again when visiting Brisbane and recommend to any others looking for a few days away in the city

The apartment is so close to the train station and walkable to indro shopping centre, we enjoyed shopping and bought groceries nearby. The amenities were suitable for what we needed, especially the warm preparation and compliment from the host! Besides, Lucia and Trong are friendly, helpful and very responsive, all of us had a great time during the stay. Highly recommended to family and friends!
