It was a very good house to spend time with my family. It is super cool, decorated, modern and the pool is a perfect size. Tim has always been proactive in communicating with us and has been very kind. I'll repeat. Just don't forget that without a car you can't do anything, you can't even go to throw away the trash on foot. But everything else is a 10.

Fantastic stay at Fer's! She is a very responsive and attentive host, made sure everything was as easy as can be for us. Everything was perfect and we didn't feel we were missing anything.

We had an amazing stay at Villa Pakatoa – it truly felt like a home away from home. The villa itself is perfect: spacious, spotlessly clean, and surrounded by beautiful gardens that made every morning feel peaceful and special. The pool and outdoor area were our favorite spots to relax. A huge thank you to the agency – they were incredibly helpful, easy to reach, and made everything so smooth for us, we really appreciated it. We also fell in love with a few local places. Chabada on the boulevard became our favorite for morning coffee and relaxed dinners. For something special, Mirador de Jávea at Cap de la Nau offered not only stunning views but also a delicious black paella. And exploring the old town of Jávea and the charming streets of Altea was such a lovely experience – both full of character and beauty. To the owners and the agency: thank you for your warm hospitality and for creating a space where we could truly unwind. 🥰

Great stay in a nice and quiet residential area but very close to beaches, supermarkets, restaurants and leisure areas. The house is cozy, very clean, with all the amenities and the pool is impeccable with warm water, which makes swimming very pleasant. In addition, Lucia made it very easy for us to arrive and was attentive at all times in case we needed anything. I definitely recommend this accommodation to spend a few days of fun and relaxation with family and friends.
