Cabanon de 22m², 1 salon avec cuisine américaine, 1 salle de bain avec douche italienne et WC, 1 chambre indépendante, une terrasse en caillebotis, 1 petit jardin. Le logement, indépendant, est situé dans le jardin de notre maison. Il est situé à 100m du caillebotis menant à la plage surveillée de l'Horizon. L'impasse donne accès au chemin du littoral, pour de belles promenades le long de la pointe du CAP FERRET. Le marché, le centre ville et le débarcadère sont à 1km à pied.
