Kitchen and bathroom were renovated in 2022 and 2018 respectively. It has a large 14 m2 terrace with unique views of the Mediterranean Sea and the Salou lighthouse. If you want to enjoy the combination of a natural environment, landscape and the beach...

"Punta Xata" in its privileged position right on the seafront, has incredible sea views. The larger terrace is ideal for sunbathing, eating outside and enjoying the sunset. The smaller one is perfect for breakfast and watching the sunrise. The main bedroom is very romantic with a round bath for sharing and sea views. There is a quiet communal area, with a pool. Ideal for couples and families. Easy access to beaches in 2 minutes and the promenade in 15. Wi-Fi and private parking.

Premier étage avec escalier ou ascenseur. Wifi. Tous commerces et principaux parcs d'attraction (PortAventura, Aquopolis...) à proximité. Avant d'acheter tes entrées à PortAventura ou Aquopolis, demande moi si je suis en possession d'un lien pour avoir une réduction.
