Villa Juanes es un chalet con mucho encanto, recién reformado y totalmente equipado para sus vacaciones durante cualquier época del año en Menorca. Excellent séjour, appartement très bien situé, dans un quartier calme. L’appartement est propre, simple et pratiques, tout ce qu’il nous faut pour passer un bon moment. La piscine est un réelle plus. Des plages sont accessibles à pieds, la ville est à quelques minutes en voiture et le reste de l’île est également accessible en voiture pour moins de une heure. Miquel est un très bon hôte, il est réactif et ses instructions sont claires et précises. Je garde cet endroit en tête pour refaire un séjour à Minorque. Je recommande fortement.

Appartement à 2 pas de la mer. Facile pour se garer. En revanche, portes coulissantes très bruyantes et pas d’isolation acoustique entre les pièces, interrupteur de la salle de bains pas pratique du tout.

Nous avons apprécié le calme (surtout en période hors saison touristique) et la proximité du bord de mer. Nous avons été bien accueillis et la relation avec Anna était très facile et amicale. La maison s'est avérée confortable pour4 personnes et nous avons apprécié qu'il y ait des commerces et des restaurants à proximité. Au total nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

La estancia ha sido genial, el alojamiento es tal cual en la descripción. Se encuentra en una zona tranquila y cercana a calas, supermercado y zona de restauración. Pep ha estado atento en todo momento y ha sido un gran anfitrión . Sin duda, si cabe la posibilidad, volveremos.

En ce mois de septembre, un logement dans une résidence de vacances calme, très proche de la mer même si la coté immédiate n'est pas "baignable". Un logement conforme à la description joliment décoré avec le nécessaire des vacances (parasols, sacs à dos isothermes...) . Le jardin avec la piscine est agréable, bien entretenu comme tout ce qui existe sur l'île, remarquablement propre et sereine. Les plus belles plages à une demi/heure en voiture. Le port et les commerces sont à une petite demi heure à pied le long de la mer. Il manquait peut être une paire de couvertures avec les nuits une peu fraîches, mais c'est vraiment tout ce qui nous a fait un peu défaut.
