Convenience stores at less than 10 min walking. Saint-Paul center 20 min by car and beaches 30 min. Public transportation possible but complicated.

Studio of about 21 m² upstairs 12 steps, in the owner's house, free parking lockable and lit at night, a varangue awaits you with a barbecue for grilling, table and 2 chairs, if you smoke, an ashtray is provided only at this place. Depending on the season, the banana tree, mango tree, cotton tree, papaya tree and of course the swimming pool all year round, minimum 23° in winter and 32° in summer. We give you priority at the swimming pool.
