James place was amazing! Absolutely the best possible location in Lucerne and the views were breathtaking! Walkable to everything you want to see. As a bonus, there is Air Conditioning which is rare in Europe (and needed in the summer)!

The booking was for my parents that are in their 70’s and they had a great time in the apartment, they were comfortable and felt like home

Rachel’s place is great, the bus stop is a 4 mins walk and the bus to Interlaken/Spiez runs every hour. The village is quaint and picturesque. Rachel is very helpful and warm host. A TV would be nice to have though :)

Kelly and Menno have been fabulous host! They were very responsive and helpful! The location is fantastic with beautiful view, overseeing the mountains and lake. The apartment is very clean and quiet so would definitely recommend if you want to unwind and just relax!

My family and I visited Switzerland and stayed in Zurich, Bern, Lucerne and the Interlaken area. For our last destination we chose Johanna's property. We keep reminiscing about our stay in Johanna's place because her home was such a highlight of our trip - the area is so magical. The views from the apartment on the upper floor were amazing. The bus stop is practically across the street from the apartment. There is a wonderful lake in front of the property. The neighborhood is soooo beautiful. The house is fully equipped. I have stayed in many airbnbs and this has got to be the most homely property we have stayed at. Honestly, I felt right at home. Everything is so generously provided. Everything was clean and the apartment is soo much bigger than the pictures depict. I want to go back already. Please book this place, it is the best. We even walked to Aldi from her home several times and walked to the train station as well to get our steps in. Only took the bus when we had our luggage.

The location of the house is exotic. The rooms are not only charming but also very spacious. The bedding is comfortable. The kitchen overlooks meadows and the evening light is lovely. The hosts hosted us very well. Vielen Dank!

Maria’s house was beautiful. She stays at the same house and the room I rented was sparkling clean and beautifully decorated. There was a kitchen with all the utensils. It is small but you can cook a full meal and eat with nice crockery/utensils. The only 2 things you need to take note that: 1) the room is at the 3rd level. You need to carry the baggage up (but it isn’t an issue unless health issue and won’t take long), 2) the toilet might seem a bit small for a tall person because of the roof but it works for me. It faces the river, good fresh air and no noise once the windows are shut. Thanks for the great hospitality!

The location is really great because it's about 5-10 minutes on foot from Interlaken West Station. The accommodation itself is so pretty, and the view from the terrace is really pretty because of the river flowing next to it. The luggage storage service is a system that stores your luggage in a separate warehouse next to the accommodation, but the warehouse itself does not have a separate lock, so if you are anxious, we recommend that you bring a separate lock or lock. We just left it, and there was no problem. The interior of the accommodation was also neat and nice overall. But we stayed for 3 nights, and they only gave us one bath towel, one medium-sized towel, and one hand towel per person, so we asked if we could get more towels, but they said no and just left.. (They give you plenty of towels even if you only stay for 2 nights at other places) In the end, I did get an extra towel, but when I was given the towel, he suddenly opened the door without knocking. If you're staying here for more than two nights, bring plenty of towels~!~!~! Other than that, I'm satisfied with everything.

We were there for a family reunion over the long weekend. The house with the many spacious bedrooms was perfect for this. There is plenty of space for eating and socializing together outside in the cozy garden, as well as inside. Communication with the hosts worked wonderfully, even special requests were fulfilled. It had plenty of parking for everyone and we could make great excursions to the nearby area (Verenaschlucht, Solothurn, Alpaca Trekking). The property is highly recommended.

The house and property deserve a rating higher than 5!! The house was right on the lake with a grassy lawn and an easy-to-access boat dock. A rubber boat with oars and life jackets was provided. Outdoor tables and chairs were provided. The architecture of the house was contemporary and very pleasing. Everything was well stocked - plenty of eating utensils, plates, glasses, pots and pans, bathroom, kitchen, and laundry supplies. The views of the lake and mountains were incredible! We loved our two-weeks there!

Well-maintained family home in a prime location by the lake, close to the train station and shopping. You can do so much - sports, hiking, cycling, lake, museums. Very nice landlords who always have time for you.

We came here for our honeymoon and I will never forget how magical this place was! The views were absolutely stunning — waking up to the turquoise lake and surrounding mountains was unforgettable. The space was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared with everything we needed. The location was peaceful yet close enough to explore nearby towns and hikes. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing escape in nature yet close enough to exciting experiences! 10/10!!

Christa’s place is absolutely beautiful – clean, spacious, and set in a peaceful, picturesque village with views of snowcapped Alps on clear days. We woke up to the sound of Alpine streams and cows grazing outside our windows – truly magical! The fully stocked kitchen made it easy to cook meals with local groceries, and we quickly felt right at home. The nearest station, Steffisburg, is about a 10–15 minute walk (1 km). It’s a pleasant stroll for most, but if you have luggage or elderly travelers, a cab from Thun station is a better option – Christa can help arrange one. We actually began to love the daily walk through the charming village. Christa and Peter were the kindest hosts – warm, helpful, and welcoming. Our only regret was not staying longer. My 80+ year-old dad is already dreaming of going back. Thank you, Christa and Peter, for four unforgettable days. We’ll cherish the memories forever.

We had a wonderful stay with Isabelle and Heinz in their beautiful house in the Emmental. We enjoyed the tranquility and the view. We found Bern (!) and Burgdorf (Franz-Gertsch-Museum) very worthwhile. Climbing the Napf is also recommended. Thank you Isabelle and Heinz for your hospitality and good care! We hope to return soon.

Beautiful view of the lake and the opposite shore towards Blumenberg. Ideal are not only the large garden and the diverse offer for outdoors (boats, SUPs, etc.) but also the well-equipped kitchen. Top cleanliness throughout the house. The nearby highway was a small drop in strength. Thanks to the top hosts Chantal and family for the comfortable stay in the lake villa.

A cozy and clean apartment in a truly beautiful location. The view alone is priceless! The apartment is easy to find using the coordinates Michael gave in advance. A car is a requirement to get to the location. On the way, the views are spectacular! You can park right outside the door. The apartment is fully equipped. Great kitchen, simple but functional bathroom. Very comfortable mattress on the bed. There is a large TV with Netflix to be able to recover from all the natural beauty. Contact with Michael is very accessible and questions are answered very quickly. We would definitely recommend this apartment!

Raffael’s apartment in Kandersteg overlooks one of the most beautiful views in the town of Kandersteg. We stayed as a family of four and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is in great condition and has a cosy vibe that makes you feel right at home. If you’re looking for a base to explore the mountains of Switzerland, this is the place to stay!

The BEST place I’ve ever stayed! It’s even more beautiful than the photos, peaceful and picturesque surroundings, easy to get into Interlaken using the bus a couple minutes walk away. Nicolás & Kirsty thought of everything - from the umbrellas available for us to use, from the clear washing machine instructions - it’s all very thorough and honestly the most wonderful place I’ve ever stayed on Airbnb!!

I’d like to say it was a home away from home, but rather it’s a place I would love to call home. Carina and Alex instantly made us feel like friends and family! The home was easy to access from town, and you get a free guest bus pass making everything very accessible. The space itself has everything you need including plenty of room to spread out, organize yourself, and make yourself comfortable. We cooked our meals in the spacious kitchen, enjoyed sitting on the patio and adoring their gardens and flowers, and rested our tired bodies in the comfortable bed to rest at night. We greatly enjoyed interacting with Carina and Alex during our stay and truly do hope to come back and explore more of Kandersteg and the surrounding mountains. We will work tirelessly to get our legs more prepared for the next trek! Thank you, Carina and Alex!

My wife and I had a magical few days at Rita's loft. The situation is incredibly tranquil with lapping water and birdsong and the Loft is thoughtfully designed with a high spec and everything we needed. Rita was a friendly, informative and responsive host and we look forward to returning soon.
