At "34 bis", nice cottage in the Normandy countryside

Suite in a longhouse in stone of Caen. Our cottage is not suitable for people with limited mobility. In a hamlet of the Pays d 'Auge, 2.5 km from the village, by the roadside. The house is surrounded by a large 3000 m2 lot. A large hedge surrounds the land and isolates it from the outside. Close to Canon Castle 7 km away, the sea (Cabourg beach, Merville-Franceville, Ouistreham, etc.) is 30 minutes away, Caen and Falaise are quickly accessible. The calm is appreciable!

Close to the city center, the train station, nearby businesses. The apartment is located on the first floor of our house, independent access by external staircase, it is composed of 2 bedrooms (bedroom no. 1 30 m2, bedroom no. 2 16 m2), a dining room with sofa bed for 2 people, an equipped kitchenette and a bathroom, toilet. Provision of an umbrella bed if necessary. Optional breakfast available (€5) Guests can enjoy an independent garden and garden furniture

Lounge equipped with a Sofa reads and TV. Chamber with a double bed. Bathroom with Bathtub The cleaning is to be done by you at the end of the stay.

Caillou Blanc Guest House

The Logis d 'hôtes is independent of the main residence and enjoys a great calm conducive to relaxation and rest. Located in the Pays d 'Auge, it is close to the sea (Cabourg), Lisieux and also Caen. Independent entrance and free access to the entire garden (= 5000 m²), with swings for children.
