It is located in the area known as Les Crevades in the municipality of Les Useres, L'Alcalaten region, at an altitude of 320 above sea level surrounded by countryside with olive, almond and carob trees. It is accessed via a paved rural road at Km 1.5 of the CV 170. Its location in the middle of the strip of the Province of Castellón between the coast and the Maestrazgo makes it an ideal place.

Enjoy wonderful views of the mountains under the freshness of a lush vine and a small pool of fresh water (not available in winter). The house is decorated with paintings, antique furniture and special objects. And all this in Matet, a small village within the Natural Park of the Serra d'Espadà in Castellón.
