We felt super comfortable. The decor was very modern and well maintained, everything was very clean. Parking is right outside the door. The apartment is very light-flooded and you still have your privacy, as the windows are all facing an undeveloped area. By car you can make day trips to both Coimbra and Aveiro and the beach is also only 30 minutes away. Cantanhede itself is also quite large and offers everything you need. In the living room, the ceiling height is a little lower, which means that very tall people have to duck a little, but for a stay of a few days, I think you can live with it.

If you are near Mira, I highly recommend Big Fish's apartment. It immediately feels at home with this wonderful host. She wants to make you feel very comfortable. We couldn't discover any downsides. In a word, great.

I've already left a review for Magali and her husband. They are lovely and very friendly, their advice and information on the amenities of the area have been relevant. The only small downside would be to have only one key for 8! Otherwise the place was as described with all the amenities described. Recommended but with more sunny weather we unfortunately did not enjoy the pool. Thank you to both of them.

Even though it is listed as being in Figueira da Foz, it is actually in the neighbourhood of Buarcos. Much better. More authentic. You are steps away from the beach. Daniel and Elisabete are a nice, hardworking couple. Very friendly. The place is perfect, quiet and in the old part of town. You are within the old remparts. Nice walks and beach strolls all around. Lidl supermarket 5 minutes away. The terrace is beautiful. Big plus. I definitely recommend this place.
