We would like to offer people from all over the world visiting Los Angeles a place to relax after intense sightseeing tours or after a long work day. We created a little suite that has a separate bedroom, a separate living room, and a private bathroom with amazing views of the valley hills and the city right by the pool. Just have a glass of wine at the end of our back yard on top of the hill and watch the moon and stars, do a few laps in the pool, or just watch a movie in your own living room.

Lovely one bedroom studio apartment. Amazing views, lemon trees and dozens of wild peacocks roam the yard. Very relaxing and peaceful, perfect for couples. Attached in-law suite with a private entrance. You have the entire space to yourself! 450 sq ft, full bath with washer/dryer. Kitchenette w/ full size fridge. HDTV with Amazon FireTV stick and free WiFi. Heating and A/C. There is a huge private deck w/ seating and a BBQ. One queen bed w/ down comforter and down mattress topper...very comfy!

There is dresser space as well as hangers. It also has a desk for work space. Smart TV can be used with streaming services. This space does not have a kitchen. But it does have a small fridge and a microwave. Absolutely no filming or photography anywhere on the premises. No visitors allowed without my consent.

This place was great! Wonderful stay! Sara was a helpful host, and the apartment was clean and tidy. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation. The apartment doesn’t have a washing machine and dryer. Other than that, everything was good, plenty of space and a lovely patio.

Just coming back from a great stay at Fernando’s. Excellent location, lovely home base, perfect size for mom and 2 kids, clean + stocked kitchen- nice pans. Able to cook breakfast each morning to fortify us for the day. Had fun playing the Wombat board game. AC cooled place down fast and didn’t need it on at night. Easy access to the 101, super close to Calabasas- loved the Farmer’s Market on Saturday morning, easy E.V. charging further down from there. Loved being close to cutting through the mountains to the coast. Would stay there again!

Glenn and Edwina’s place was great! The neighborhood was safe and peaceful, and the home itself was private, clean, and fully equipped with all the listed amenities—and even a few extra touches. We had one minor incident during our stay, but it was resolved quickly and professionally. I really appreciate Glenn’s and Edwina’s hospitality and care for both my family and our dogs. Would definitely recommend!
