Vacation rentals with a sauna in Canggu Beach

After a few days at Sunny Family, I knew I wasn’t ready to leave. This place truly sets the bar for Airbnbs in Bali. The peace and quiet, the thoughtful layout of the unit, and the high-quality amenities (especially the gym!) make it ideal for remote work and long stays. The staff continues to be incredibly helpful and responsive, making everything easy and seamless. I feel so comfortable and settled here — it’s honestly hard to imagine staying anywhere else in Bali now. Grateful for the experience and already looking forward to coming back!

Had the best time here! Would definitely recommend staying here. The place is really nicely located, it is in a less busy area but still loads of cafes, restaurants, etc in the neighborhood. And they also have a really nice in house spa and gym!

Really enjoyed my stay here!! Perfect location, close to beach, boutiques, restaurants- everything. Very quiet, clean and looked just like the photos. Shower had great pressure and hot water!! Staff was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. One thing to note is that it is located on a new street and hard to find based on the address given. You have to type in the name of the building into google maps (not the address provided) which isn’t supplied to you upon booking. Every Grab delivery/pick up I had got lost down one of the parallel streets. Not a big issue. Would definitely stay again! Thank you.

Loved staying here! Staff were lovely and the place was beautiful. Great working area upstairs as well though limited seating. Just be mindful of location if you were to use grab/gojek as the actual location doesn’t show on the apps.

*This Penthouse is super amazing, the facilities and amanities were top notch. Supreme location in between berawa and seminyak (close to lots of high recommended coffee shop and resto, not far from beach and some famous bali beach club). Eventhough located between the busy area in Bali, at night is so quite and calming. Will absolutely going back to this place!

Sunny Aparts II is a hotel with a front desk receptionist 24/7. It has a roof top restaurant, gym, spa, recording studio and podcast room. It’s centrally located to many great shops, restaurants, popular nightclubs, markets, massage options, laundry services, etc. The room is quiet, spacious and has all the amenities of an apartment. The staff are so nice and willing to help at all hours of the night. The hotel is down a 100 yard paved road- wall on the right and dirt field on the left. The address doesn’t come up correctly in Google maps so, do ask the host for local directions to give to your drivers. In comparison of other options and value, once the location was dialed in, I was very pleased with my stay.

Best hub to stay af in Canggu. Walkable to shops, beach, restaurants, cafe, spas. Great amenities. Not crowded.

Absolutely my favorite place in Bali! The description is correct, the room is clean and new (which is rare here), the staff is amazing and there is a restaurant, gym and spa in the building. The location is close to all the clubs, but you cannot hear anything at night which I was very affraid of. Thank you Sunny family for a great stay!

Marlissa’s place was an impressive modern villa which is located strategically in Umalas, making it easy to go to Seminyak or Canggu. The villa was stunning, with great amenities. Being located by a road, there were times where you could hear sounds of traffic, but Marlissa had provided earplugs for the comfort of her guests.

Great stay! The place was clean, well-located, and just as described. The host was friendly and responsive. Would definitely come back!

I’ve stayed in a lot of villas in Bali and this was my first time at a villa complex. I really enjoyed my time here. Their professional and attentiveness really stood out to me. They had a welcome basket with a personalized card, allowed a flexible check in time. Security made me feel extremely safe and all the staff were so friendly. Some villas don’t have security so I was very happy to see they did. I loved having dinner on the rooftop and watching the sky light up during sunset. The plants all around the villa is stunning. I’m already planning my trip back to stay here again. Next time I would definitely stay here longer instead of villa hopping. Thank you for an amazing time and I can’t wait to be back

Easily the best place we’ve stayed in Bali. Everything was smooth — check-in, communication, meals, spa access. You’re close to the beach, but honestly, we spent most of our time just enjoying the villa and the recovery area. It’s not a party spot — it’s calm, elevated, and well thought out. Ideal for people who care about good design and good energy. Nice to get outside of the craziness of Canggu. We ended up extending our stay 2 more nights

The staff were extremely courteous and very helpful. The villa is amazing, complete with all the amenities as described. We were a family of 7 adults and 2 children and we each enjoyed every space from the yoga room, steam room, massage chair and pool. Merry had organised a banquet with the chef on 2 nights and the food was amazing. Every morning we would come down to breakfast to be greeted by a smiling chef and a beautifully set breakfast table. The villa is a little out of the centre and not easy to walk around (no footpaths and having to contend with traffic was scary). Luckily, the villa came with and car and driver who was ready to take us whenever and wherever we wanted to go and we definitely took advantage of it. All in all, we had a wonderful time at House of Light

Beautiful place with everything we needed. Close to cafes and restraunts. Very nice and chill vibe, we has lots of relaxing days by the pool. Finns rec reserved was part of the reason we booked but it ended up being closed for renovations. John was very proactive and offered my daughter and I a range of options to choose from instead. Overall it was lovely, the hosts were extremely responsive, helpful and lovely. we will be back

Our family of 8 had a truly wonderful stay at the luxurious Tranquil House! The location was perfect—private and peaceful, yet just minutes away from the vibrant heart of Canggu. The villa itself was exceptional: spacious bedrooms with king-sized beds and ensuite bathrooms, powerful A/C, strong WiFi, a well-equipped gym, sauna, and cold plunge pool—to name a few highlights, all of which are impeccably maintained by an amazing team. Huge thanks to Ira and Kade for their warm hospitality—welcoming us with a delicious dinner, preparing daily breakfasts and ensuring our every need was met. Vian, Made, and Putu also made our day trips seamless with their expert driving, flexible itinerary planning and navigating Bali’s tricky roads with ease. We had a restful, comfortable, and memorable time here. Highly recommend this villa for families or big groups looking for a luxurious and relaxing Bali getaway!
