The large garden is also available to my guests. Great starting point for visiting "our" picturesque lake, Milan, and neighboring Switzerland with Lugano.

Exquisitely refurbished farmhouse, conveniently situated only a 4-minute drive from both the lake and the charming town of Cernobbio. This villa offers stunning lake vistas from the expansive sun deck adjoining each bedroom, as well as from the spacious yard adorned with olive, pomegranate, and cherry trees. The property features a delightful shaded pergola, ideal for al fresco dining with loved ones. Inside, the house boasts a roomy living area, complemented by a convenient parking space.

A Jewel of Lake View

The house is located in the beautiful and quiet town of Tosnacco (upper part of Moltrasio), which is one of the nicest little towns along lake Como and quite close to the center of Como. From the public free parkings it is a ca. 200m walk up to my house - might be unconvenient with huge luggage. To compensate for the climb, there is a spectacular lakeview from the balcony. Down to the church and center of Moltrasio with restaurants and little supermarket it is a ca. 10 minutes walk.

Tranquil one-bedroom apartment nestled on the shores of Lake Como, in the historic center of Pognana. Situated between the iconic towns of Como and Bellagio, both just a short 25-minute scenic drive away. 🚩[DISCLAIMER] •The apartment is located on 3rd floor accessible only by a flight of stairs as there is no lift. • During busy periods you might find it problematic finding parking, for this reason we are happy to suggest alternative parking spaces and streets within a 10min walk.

Located in the heart of Cernobbio, Al Casone apartment is the perfect place to enjoy all the comforts of home, while staying close to one of the most beautiful lakes in the world. The apartment is positioned near to all main attractions and activities, there is a bus stop just across the road, and the lake and boats are only 10 minutes away on foot. Ideal for relaxing, listening to the sound of the waves of the lake, which lap the house.
