Magnifique maison avec un très grand jardin située au coeur de Cancale. Environnement très calme et agréable. Tout se fait à pied et tout est facile : les commerces, le port et les restaurants ! La maison, avec ses 350 m2, offre de très agréables espaces de vie pour une grande convivialité, et aussi des chambres calmes et spacieuses. La mer et les sentiers côtiers sont à 10 minutes à pied. Proche des bords de Rance, à 10 kms de Dinan et 20 kms de St Malo. Commerces à proximité. Un havre de paix arboré sur deux hectares et un étang. Massages bien-être en sup.

House no. 1 is available to rent all year round. In winter you can spend cosy moments in front of the fireplace, and in summer you can enjoy the mildness of the garden and the calm of the surrounding area. With one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with 3 single beds, the house is perfect for groups of up to 5 people. If you're planning to come as a group, don't forget to book wooden house no. 2 as well! The house is classified as a 3* furnished holiday home.
