The distance from the house to the beach is only 250 m. The place is ideal for rest and tranquility. The beach is private to the condominium and has a beautiful landscape. We have AIR CONDITIONING in all rooms and a beautiful swimming pool with a gourmet area that is private to the property. We also have 100MB internet.

Now there is also a newly built pool! The nearest airport is Ilhéus (115 km). The house is 6 km from the center, which offers good structure and great restaurants, and 2 km from beach stalls.
