It shares 22m x 100m of land with the main house. Staff on the island who will welcome you and explain what life is like in the Delta. Warehouse boat twice a day and delivery for basic purchases. You can paddle to restaurants and the store. Own dock and mooring.

My workshop is on the ground floor with completely separate access. Ideal for 1 or 2 quiet people looking for rest near the river and gastronomy, 30 min from CABA and Tigre. Not suitable for events/productions.
