A perfect summer vacation home for those who want a quiet vacation away from the noise of the city. You can have a barbecue in the garden. - The garden floor is for rent, the host lives upstairs, the garden is for common use. I recommend you to get the house by car as it is far from the city center. Phone and internet reception is not good, not suitable for remote workers.

Our priority is cleanliness and meticulousness, you should not have the slightest doubt about it. Located in the middle of the historical peninsula, the house is a 2-minute walk from the ferry pier. Our guests who want to swim can do so in front of the house or at the beach, which is a 10-minute walk away. We wish you a happy holiday in advance.

Assos Stone House

On top of Kayalar Village, with exceptional view. The house has two rooms: upstairs, a bedroom with a large balcony and a bathroom; downstairs, a living room and kitchen. Each floor is 35m2. The sofa folds out to a double bed. The house has separate entrances on both floors. There is a shared swimming pool, between two houses, sun loungers and eating areas in front of the house (The swimming pool is operational between June and October). Since this is a village, there can be cats around.
