The accommodation is good and the host was super welcoming, flexible and kind. I emphasize that the house is not very large, however, it accommodated 8 people comfortably. In addition, the location is in the city center. Unfortunately, like many other cities, we are talking about a place that is full during the day and extremely empty at night. In this sense, we find it difficult to find restaurants and bars nearby. However, an Uber can help you in this regard. During the day, due to its location, it is close to some tourist attractions and museums. We miss an antenna for use on television. In this sense, if you are going to close, I recommend that you take a laptop and HDMI cable to connect to the TV. Despite these minor issues, I highly recommend it!

Anderson was very attentive. The check-in was super quiet. The apartment is very comfortable and has all the basic items for a good stay (electric iron, clean towels, blanket, kitchen items…). I highly recommend it.

It's a beautiful home and it's as advertised. Philipe was always available, explained everything very well, we had some temporary problems that were quickly resolved by Philipe, the cleanliness was not a 10 but it was clean enough not to bother. Beds ok, pool ok, fridge and stove ok. The location is one of the best in Grussai, as it is on the main street between the shops and the beach, to go to the beach 5min walk, to go to the shops also +/- 5min, so the location was perfect. In the end, it was very worthwhile, I have already recommended it to relatives and I will certainly return on another occasion.

The location is super quiet, the nearby beach is great for bathing and also for surfing. The house is quite complete with household utensils and everything was clean and organized. Communication was also excellent.

We loved spending a weekend at the house, taking full advantage of it. Eduardo was always helpful, wanting to know if everything was to our liking, everything was great, I'll be back for sure.

My family and I had an amazing weekend at the house. The house is as advertised, extremely clean and organized, we arrived with everything ready for use. The location is excellent, the back is to the sea, a few steps from the bakery/market. The service of the host family, especially Lucia, was a show apart. Attentive, kind, available, gave wonderful tips on restaurants, snack bars, pizzerias and other shops in the region. We highly recommend the stay!

All as described and as in the images. Just a few small details but didn't make the stay any less enjoyable. Excellent communication. Great location for those who need to be near the bus station. I'd definitely go back to bed.

We were relocated to this apartment because the one in the listing is in trouble. It is very far from the city, behind Shopping Estrada and it is a little painful to cross the track to go to Campos. However, the atmosphere is very familiar and very quiet and pleasant. The internet is excellent, the host offers Netflix, and open channels. The shower is wonderful and the beds comfortable. The apartment is very nice and accommodates a lot of people with comfort. One of the rooms has a very powerful air conditioner and the other has a fan. The kitchen has a stove, refrigerator and microwave, as well as several utensils. For my case, which was just an overnight stay, I have no complaints.

Lu has always been helpful in answering questions and showing that the guest has the best experience. The apartment is very good in cost and benefits, the location is quiet. Just a few maintenance and paint details that are missing, but I didn't call.
