In the outdoor area, we have the deck with a barbecue and the pool for outdoor moments, this is even one of my favorite parts of the house!

Apartment of 120m², in the heart of the Bom Fim neighborhood (central region of the city), with banks, supermarket, pharmacies, restaurants, various transportation options, UFRGS and all the bohemian life nearby. We are a young couple, no discrimination. We have two cats, very quiet and sociable. We speak English and Spanish, we love traveling, and we are passionate about art.
