ABOUT OUR RESIDENCE: - The house with a total area of 230m in which the living room, TV room, dining room, pantry and kitchen will be available. We will also have, eventually, the use of a barbecue and a clay oven. - Laundry with washing and drying machines and sink with two tubs. - The cleaning lady will clean the room twice a week, WITHOUT ADDITIONAL CHARGE. LOCATION: Excellent location three kilometers from the central area of the city; close to the main public transport lines, three blocks to Av. Eduardo Elias Zahran, where there is a bus stop, taxi stand, bank branches, supermarkets, restaurants, steakhouses, tea houses, candy stores, bars and snack bars. Close to Shopping Campo Grande and Shopping Norte Sul Plaza, Parque das Nações Indígenas, Museu do Índio – Museu das Culturas Dom Bosco, Fundação Pantanal, Universidade Federal de MS, Centro Administrativo do Governo do Estado, Centro de Convenções, as well as museums, theaters and cinemas, Casa do Artesão, Feira Livre with typical regional foods. Campo Grande has several tourist tours, one of them with open buses from the Secretariat of Tourism to carry out a City-Tour. The airport is about 6 km from downtown and 9 km from our residence, and is very easy to access. It is about 280 km from the exuberant Bonito; 150 km from the beginning of the stunning Pantanal; 400 km from the magnificent heart of the Pantanal, Corumbá and 320 km from Ponta Porã, a tourist city that borders Paraguay. For your convenience, if you prefer, all these locations have an excellent apparatus of specialized tourism agencies to make the best circuit in the region.
