Condo vacation rentals in Camp Pendleton South

A beautiful well appointed place! Plenty of supplies and the kitchen was very well equipped. The host team was very responsive and friendly. We used to live full time in Oceanside and walked by this AirBNB every day and always thought it was beautiful, so glad we got to experience it first hand! Very comfortable and you can’t beat the location for beautiful sunsets! Thank you for making our visit back to Oceanside special! ☀️

Kelley was a very attentive and generous host! The space was spectacular. The view was so healing and surreal to wake up to every day. I loved the layout of the house also. It's an open concept so the family members were able to hangout in their own area while still being together. The neighborhood also had great places to eat and walkable to the Pier! Don't look anymore and book!

I'm really glad to have been hosted by Brooke. The stay was exactly what I was expecting. It was a holiday weekend and every need was met. I hope to be able to stay again in the future.

The views from this place are amazing, every window provides an ocean view. The sound of the waves crashing is incredibly peaceful. We had an amazing time here and would highly recommend.

We loved our stay, and Ryan was always so easy to get ahold of and communicate with!

Mace's place was EXACTLY as described! It's a very quiet area. I felt safe at all hours. It was within walking distance to everything we wanted to do there. My daughters loved walking a block over to the ice cream shop(Thanks for the recommendation, Mace.) The snacks were a hit with my girls and having a few pizzas in the freezer was a great surprise when we got a little hungrylater in the night. I absolutely recommend this place to everybody!

This rental was outfitted with everything you could possibly need for your stay. We especially appreciated the hypoallergenic toiletries and detergent-we have never seen that at any other vacation rentals. Everything was spotless. Very enjoyable stay overall. My compliments to the host :)

We had a little family getaway to Oceanside for my husbands birthday. My kids are 3, 5, and 7, and this place was perfect for our short stay. It really had everything we needed, I was never bummed because it was lacking something, anything I needed I found there. We loved the hot tub with the ocean view and my kids loved the video games since we don’t have that at home. The place was so clean and stocked. It was the small details that really made it so wonderful. I highly recommend and would totally stay again. Thanks Janine!

This was the second time that my family stayed at this AirBnB, and we absolutely love the condo's proximity to the beach. The condo itself is clean with all the basic essentials that you need... boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, and cooking supplies. Both of the times that we've stayed here the condo has been very quiet; we've never heard noise from neighbors. The condo community has several pools, hot tubs, and a tennis court plus the spectacular clubhouse with panoramic ocean views. There are lots of little coffee shops and places to walk to near the condo community and it's very family friendly. The mattresses and pillows are dated, but aside from that this condo is truly a gem.

Wonderful place for a family visiting. Definitely check it out if you are visiting UCSD student.

Ricardo’s place was fantastic! A great spot for a couples getaway. The place felt very safe and clean. The outdoor area was a unique aspect that was very fun to use.

Great location, close walk to the beach. Our family of 4 enjoyed using the boogie boards, beach chairs and bikes that were available to us. Coffee shops and breweries were close by. Warrens place was perfect for our little getaway. Would highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay in unit 4! You absolutely cannot beat the location and having parking included is incredibly convenient. The unit itself looked just like the pictures and it was very clean. We enjoyed having a full kitchen as we visited the farmers market on State Street (open on Wednesday afternoons) and purchased snacks and items to make breakfast each morning. We're already planning our next trip back and will book this location!!

My husband, daughter (2), son (2 months), and I had a great time at Manijeh and Ken's place. Everything was comfortable, the kitchen is probably the best Airbnb kitchen we've ever experienced in an Airbnb, the hosts were nice, friendly, and accommodating. I left behind a small cooler and they kindly shipped it back to me. My daughter enjoyed their board games and books, we also enjoyed their front patio and the sound of ocean waves. I would definitely stay here again if we come back to Oceanside.

It was our 3rd stay at Robyn’s place since last June. We really like it there. It meets all our expectations. We’ll be back in a few months.

Brian was a great communicator, very accommodating. The cottage was really walkable which I liked a lot. It’s near the beach, it’s near restaurants, coffee shops, bars and so forth. It’s a sweet little beach getaway! Thanks Brian.

My partner enjoyed all the amenities and relaxing near the beach was perfect for our get away. The staff was friendly and showed us great stores and restaurants to go to. Would definitely book again.

We LOVED OUR STAY! The condo, small but spacious and complete with amenities you need! Special shoutout for the bag of white cheddar popcorn to snack on! Much thanks! We walked to the harbor across the bridge, and every kind of food was available! We had lattes at the Natural Bean and yummy fish n chips for lunch, a few steps away! The condo was warm, and cozy for a chilly spring evening, great location. Beautiful surroundings and the view was great! They had towels, chairs and boogie boards if you want to lay for hours on the beach, which is steps away! We felt safe and rested…two HUGE requirements for a vacay! Thanks for everything!
