l appartement a une très bellel vue, il est spacieux et bien équipé pour 6. le linge de maison est de très bonne qualité , les prestations aussi. l hôte est très attentionné, il y avait bcp de produits offerts pour notre accueil. Julian est resté en contact avec nous durant notre séjour , il nous a toujours conseillé, bien que nous ne l' ayons pas rencontré son voisin Noé étant venu très gentillement nous accueillir pour lui. Merci.

muy bonito el alojamiento, todo muy limpio , el mobiliario muy completo , tienes todo muy cerca , muy amables los anfitriones, repetiría.

Il palazzo e l'appartamento veramente stupendo, in stile spagnolo, antico è molto elegante; in area centrale e in uno dei quartieri più belli di valencia ; facile da raggiungere con metro o bus ( non serve spendere soldi del taxi) ; ci ha permesso di lasciare le valige prima del ceck in e poi ha un posto dove lasciarle al ceck out. Ci siamo sempre spostati a piedi perché tutto è vicino , le strade sono molto belle da percorrere ricche di negozi e locali ; la città e il quartiere molto sicuri anche di sera . Che dire super consigliato ; il prezzo è decisamente economico per quello che offre ( ci sono persino 2 bagni, stupendo !!! )

We loved the fact that it was so close to a lovely promenade, had a couple of restaurants but the area was natural - not full of high rise buildings and souvenir shops. Delightful place to spend a few days.

Lovely flat,exactly as photos. Belen was friendly and kind enough to check us in early. Bus to valencia goes from round the corner...takes about 40 mins but air-conditioned a d comfortable..we loved visiting the city and heading back for afternoon swim

Az 5. emeleten van, az épületben van lift. Mi kocsival mentünk, így használtuk a hűs garázst is! Szépen berendezett szállás nagy terasszal! A teraszról látható a tengerpart. A hálószobában nagy szekrény a ruháknak válfával. A konyyhábn vannak edények, evőeszközök stb. Ajánlom!

Pedro, the host, was very friendly, accommodating and flexible for example with our check in and out times. Any communication was effortless and fast and you got the feeling you were well taken care of. The location is great for walking, running and many water sports. Also, there is a great restaurant El Turco close by. We stayed at the end of February so it was off season and this affected opening times of small beach shops. For example the bakery next door was closed the whole week and the small shop downstairs had shorter opening hours. We had a car so it did not matter since it was very easy to do shopping for example in Pucol.

El apartamento de Joan es el lugar perfecto para hospedarse en Valencia. La terraza es espectacular, fue un placer ver el amanecer desde allí. Tiene la cocina muy bien equipada. Es al lado de muchso restaurantes y bares de excelente calidad. Sin dudas volvería.

Great house with many rooms and separate beds. Really enjoyed the large terrace with swimming pool and BBQ. Friendly and helpful host. Highly recommended!

Loved everything about this home.. notice I used the word home. Lovely homey touches throughout. The tile work is simply beautiful, the view is breathtaking, the garden is so serene. Very fun yet relaxed area with very friendly/nice neighbors. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Rozana und Cristobal sind wunderbare Gastgeber. Es gibt allerdings kein zweites Schlafzimmer sondern lediglich ein durch Vorhänge vom Wohn-Essbereich abgetrennten Bereich für eine Person. Für uns war das aber ok. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und das morgendliche Schwimmen im Meer genossen. Unterkunft ist ca. 30min. von Valencia entfernt. Sehr toll auch die Stände der lokalen Bauern auf dem Weg. Hier konnen wir erntefrisches Obst und Gemüse erstehen. Sehr schmackhaft. Danke nochmal Rozana und Cristobal. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Jose’s place was comfortable and clean. Local places to shop, eat and drink. Bus stops literally around the corner, we used the buses every day to get everywhere no problem, 25 minutes to old town. The only negative we have is if you have had a long sightseeing day and you want to sleep past 8am, next door is a cafe/bar and they open their shutters at 8am and it starts getting a bit loud, unless your a really deep sleeper it won’t affect you.

Wir hatten leider nur 4 Tage Zeit, aber Valencia ist immer eine Reise wert. Eugenia war von Anfang an sehr hilfsbereit und die Kommunikation hat prima geklappt. Das Appartement ist sehr sauber und hell, alles da was man braucht. Sogar Klappliegen und ein Sonnenschirm für den Strand, der etwa 10 Minuten entfernt ist. Die Matratzen sind super.

Hervorragendes Haus, absolut sauber und sehr modern, haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Für jedes Zimmer ein Bad, Küche hatte alles was man braucht. Gemütliche Terasse mit Grill, fanden wir super. Unsere Gastgeberin Ivone war immer erreichbar und hat sich direkt um alles gekümmert. Also wenn wir jemals wieder nach Alcossebre kommen, dann nur noch in diesem Haus. War das beste Ferienhaus in dem wir jemals waren. Vielen Dank für Alles, bis zum nächsten Mal :-)

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette rêve de maison. La petite maison de Kitty est belle et très bien pensée et aménagée avec un gout spéciale que nous avons beaucoup aprecié. Elle est parfaite pour un séjour de une couple comme nous et la terrasse privée est très appréciable. Le quartier du Cabanyal est trs charmant avec beaucoup des restos et bars et la plage est à 5 minutes à pied. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir pour un séjour plus longue et je recommande de venir et profiter de ce petit bijou.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Perfect stay for our family of five We had a wonderful time in this apartment! The location was ideal for our family with three young children. Everything we needed was there — a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and air conditioning in all the bedrooms, which was especially nice during the summer heat. Our host Amparo was fantastic: always quick to respond, helpful, and easy to communicate with. On our last day, we were even allowed to leave our luggage after check-out, and she kindly helped us arrange a taxi to the airport. Everything was perfectly taken care of, which allowed us to fully enjoy our vacation. Highly recommended for families visiting Valencia!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay, the host was super helpful and kind. The apartment was clean, spacious and had lots of natural light and the balcony made a lovely place to sit and have a drink. The beach was just a few minutes walk, it was clean and not busy. A grocery store just around the corner made it super easy. There were limited restaurants and things to do in the area but only a 15-20 min drive into Valencia around €20 for an uber. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Ha sido una estancia fenomenal, el apartamento estaba muy limpio y con todo lo necesario para pasar la estancia. Respecto a la zona nos ha parecido muy accesible y bonita, estaba a 10 min en coche del puerto, 30 min de valencia!! A destacar que teníamos barbacoa a la cual le dimos mucho uso y para nuestro gusto lo mejor de la estancia. El anfitrión en todo momento ha sido muy resolutivo y atento con nosotros, desde luego nos parece que merece totalmente la pena y más cuando hace buen tiempo. Lo único que podría mejorar es que no hay wifi como él indica claramente en el anuncio y para estancias largas vendría bien.

Ich habe mich in dem Apartment rundum wohlgefühlt! Es war sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet – man merkt sofort, dass hier viel Wert auf Details gelegt wird. Die Atmosphäre war angenehm und gemütlich, sodass man sich vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause fühl. Vielen Dank

El apartamento es precioso, las vistas al mar son increíbles, muy limpio. Con todo lujo de detalles. David encantador, disponible en todo momento, rápido a la hora de responder. La zona ideal para desconectar, descansar y disfrutar del baño en el mar. Muy muy recomendable!😊

Die Wohnung und ihre Gastgeber sind großartig. Man fühlt sich wie zuhause, und das in einem valencianischen Zuhause. Man kommt von hier aus sowohl zum Strand als auch in die Altstadt. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Francisca’s apartment was lovely. We were sol relaxed there. So close to the beach, a pool in the summer and lots of food options in the nearby Puerto Sagunto. Also Hotel Chispa was nice for food and drinks nearby 😃

Apartamento impecável e 100% funcional. Estava tudo muito limpo e o apartamento é ainda melhor do que nas fotos. Eva foi muito solicita, me deixou fazer o check in mais cedo e respondia com agilidade. O apartamento tem todos os utensílios e amenidades disponíveis e tudo estava funcionando muito bem. Localização excelente! Voltaria com certeza!

I can completely recommend this apartment. From its new build to the efforts the owners put in on the small details to ensure you walked into a perfectly presented place to spend valuable vacation time. They took time out to welcome us and were considerate and responsive when questions asked. Beach access and walkable restaurants is within easy access . I noted the neatness and care and attention taken in the arrangement of the facilities. Also the welcome bowl of fruit, water in fridge and coffee/biscuits that were left for us. For those who want to mix restaurant eating and self catering, there is a supermarket in walking distance to stock up if needed . Would be happy to return to same place when visiting Valencia again in the future
