Thanks to the bathroom and toilet located on both floors, 2 families can spend a very comfortable holiday independent of each other. We aim to turn your holiday into an ordeal pleasure with its private parking location on the Oludeniz road.

Our apartment, which is in a brand new apartment building with an elevator, has many equipment such as a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, built-in oven, stove, refrigerator, TV, hair dryer, iron, tea maker to meet your needs. It has 1 bedroom with sea view and 1 normal double bedroom, 1 living room (2 people can stay) and a bathroom with 24-hour hot water.

It's within walking distance to “paspatur” the old town’s famous seafood restaurants, nightclubs, and shops. Only a 2-minute walk to Starbucks and 5 min walk to McDonald’s, Burger King, and Dominos pizza. 10 minutes to any beaches private and public and a 20-minute drive to the Oludeniz.

We live nearby and try to keep everything smooth, thoughtful, and low-key so you can enjoy your stay.

Our villa is 1 km to the beach, 3 km to the nearest beach and 2 km to the city center.

We offer this top floor studio apartment in our family owned property. Our studio has a terrace you can enjoy the sun, a small kitchen with stove and fridge and WiFi access. Please note depending on availability apartments with same amenities with small differences might be available instead. Our pool is open for our guests during season. (between march and november)
