We are located 5 miles from Stowe and its attractions, and just a few minutes from downtown Morrrisville with all its amenities. Just upstream from the picturesque Cady’s Fall swimming hole and across the brook from the amazing Cady’s Falls bike trails, our cabin is perched atop the hillside. With its simple, minimalist design it’s easy to immerse yourselves in nature and feel at home in the trees.

NOTE: Minimum age of 25 years required to rent our house and to be a guest here. Children traveling with parents are exempt from this age requirement. Exceptions made on a case by case basis. Property consists of our primary residence with the rental being a separate and private "mother in law" home.

In the winter months you will need to take a 50 min detour around the mountain to Stowe. Enjoy cooking in a warm, well appointed kitchen.

The condo is part of Smugglers Notch Resort. The condo is in an excellent location - a three minute walk to the Village Center and the Village Ski Lift. Hiking and outdoor adventure a short walk away. The unit is an updated 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with full kitchen, dining and living room areas. Please note that the condo does not have air conditioning. Due to the condo being in the mountains, it is very comfortable with average temperatures in the low 60s each night
