Villa 102 at Villa Privilege Residence is a duplex with a high-end gourmet rooftop, 2 air-conditioned en-suites, box beds, a toilet, an air-conditioned living room with a sofa, TV, full kitchen, gourmet air-conditioned balcony with a sink and beer tap, and a pool view. On the rooftop, we have another 72m2 of pure leisure with a deck that has a spa, countertop and barbecue, table, sun loungers and a washbasin. The condominium has a WTP (water treatment plant), swimming pool, concierge and parking. It accommodates 5 people with an extra mattress.

We are in a gated community with exclusive access to Bombaça beach. Our terrain is surrounded by the green of the trees, colorful by the flowers of the garden and enchanted by the sound of birds. We have hammocks all over, a vegetable garden full of spices and herbs, agroforestry and compost.

The house comprises of: One bedroom (queen bed) Mezzanine with a double and a single mattress, toilet and beautiful view, sofa and TV (Chromecast) Kitchen with all utensils, stove with oven, refrigerator, air fryer, blender. Bathroom with hot shower Washing machine. *Next to a lake, preferably for children over 8 years old.

Beach or bush? How about both together? This is what Sítio Algodões offers, the 3,600 m² area is on the border of two paradisiacal beaches: Algodões and Arandis. The 212 m² rustic house (2 en-suites and 1 bedroom with an en-suite bathroom) is all verandas (7 hammocks), in the middle of an agroforest with fruit trees and lakes with fish. The bedrooms have air-conditioning, and the master bedroom has a large wooden deck. We have Wi-Fi, an equipped kitchenette, laundry with a washing machine and parking.
