On the rooftop, we have another 72m2 of pure leisure with a deck that has a spa, countertop and barbecue, table, sun loungers and a washbasin. The condominium has a WTP (water treatment plant), swimming pool, concierge and parking. It accommodates 5 people with an extra mattress.

We have hammocks all over, a vegetable garden full of spices and herbs, agroforestry and compost.

The bedrooms have air-conditioning, and the master bedroom has a large wooden deck. We have Wi-Fi, an equipped kitchenette, laundry with a washing machine and parking.
