Vacation rentals with a patio in Calvados

Very good extended weekend at Casa Morny. We felt right at home: - The apartment is clean and carefully decorated - The location is perfect - The essentials provided are great especially for families with baby(ies) Young and old were therefore able to make the most of this weekend. We want to thank David and Joy for their communication and kindness. We recommend +++ Casa Morny and will gladly stay there again!

Carine was super friendly and always answered quickly. The location is perfect, in the centre of Villers-sur-mer, and the rooftop was amazing. The apartment was nice and tidy. Definitely worth the money, we had a lovely stay! Thank you Carine!

The listing is as described on the listing by the host who is very responsive, he responds quickly, available, friendly and the exchanges are very cordial. The accommodation is ideally located, close to all amenities, everything can be easily reached on foot, it is located close to the seafront which allows beautiful and long walks on a daily basis. The good weather being part of it, we were able to enjoy moments on the terrace and the shopkeepers are friendly and professional which is very pleasant. I recommend the accommodation because it is very peaceful, it feels good, it is functional. Small improvements can always be made such as storage in the room to be able to store your belongings because even if there is a dressing room, the few coat racks present are quickly filled.

Felt like home away from home. Loved looking out the balcony to see the boats and tides. Well stocked with everything we needed. Two flights of stairs with no lift. Easy access to car space.

Great location- easy to reach from train station and also accessible to key areas like the basilica etc. Big and comfortable for two persons. Highly recommended !

an unusual and charming little house close to amenities yet with lots of privacy. the decor is outstanding and the main bedroom is exceptionally good. super wide and comfotable bed with bedside controls of lighting, a big plus for us readers in bed. lots of cooking things. great boulangerie almost withing sniffing distance, how wicked is that !

This cottage is really true to its description, and even warmer in reality, it is a real gem of conviviality, and extremely well thought out and provided by the hosts. It has everything and even more than you need during a stay. The house is lovely, very clean, cozy, welcoming, the garden and terrace are lovely! The big plus: one bathroom per adult room! And an absolutely charming hostess, 100% recommended.

We wanted a place that was outside of a town center. And that is actually what we got. This is an absolutely lovely cottage in the middle of fields. It is a 7min drive to the town of pont l eveque. Here you can find different restaurants, a bakery, butcher and a big supermarket. The cottage has anything you might need, airconditioning in the living room and second bedroom (accessible via the first bedroom) A well stocked kitchen (cutlery, juice press, coffee machine, big fridge and freezer, pots and pans etc.). A big garden, space to park your car. Unfortunately we didn't meet the host but communication with the host was perfect, she was nice and very responsive. Loved this place!!! This is a perfect location for a getaway.

Carol was an absolutely amazing host and her house was without a doubt our favourite place we have ever been to! She has great taste so the house is decorated beautifully whilst being lovely and homely. The setting is perfect with lovely food within walking distance but also easily accessible to towns with great restaurants. There was a lovely, quiet forest walk nearby and the garden was nice and secure for our dog. From the beginning Carol was super helpful and friendly and gave us some great recommendations. She helped make our stay the best it could be and was the perfect host. We cannot thank her enough for having us stay in her beautiful house and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in a stunning home and setting.

We stayed in the cottage again and were able to enjoy its quiet environment, with all the comforts for a family vacation. Thanks to Stephen for hosting us!

Amazing property! Great taste in furnishings, beautiful bathrooms, all amenities, and comfortable beds. Easy walk to grocery store and the sea with choices of restaurants. Quiet neighborhood with a great outdoor space. Only downside is we didn't get to stay longer. Responses to questions about the area came within minutes! Would highly recommend when visiting the Normandy area. Thanks for everything!

We had a pleasant stay. The accommodation is in a great location, quiet and everything is within walking distance: the city center and its shops on one side and the beach on the other. I would recommend it 👍

Apartment in a great location, away from the noise of the city. In 10/15 minutes you are in the center of Deauville, the beach, the ferry to Trouville, the shops! Perfect hostess, attentive to vacationers, with attentions in the reception. I highly recommend this beautiful brand new apartment.

Magnifique. Studio in the hyper-center. Close trade, beach, casino. Very well decorated and functional. Our hostess was patient (sorry for the delay), friendly and discreet once all the information was provided. We recommend, oh yes!

Pleasant stay, in a cozy and charming little corner, quiet and peaceful. Diane is very attentive with her hosts, concerned about the well-being of her tenants. i highly recommend it and we will come back without hesitation.

The apartment is very nice, tastefully decorated, spacious, very clean. Possibility of lunch / dinner on the terrace, the furniture is provided for this. The hosting was perfect, Véronique was very responsive when I had a question about using the electric stove.
