Beautiful newer construction loft that offers 640 square feet of open floor plan! This unit sits above our two car garage , 130 feet from the main house. Full kitchen, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, iron, and washer/dryer! Our home sits on 1.14 acres with a circular driveway in a very quiet neighborhood. Enjoy organic farm fresh eggs when the hens are laying. If you have children, your welcome to play in the "island" (our kids play area) with a playhouse and climbing dome. Very relaxing place!

Enjoy the mini kitchenette, private bathroom and entrance w/its own patio, along with parking. Take a walk down our long driveway sprinkled with close to 100 orchids that may be in bloom. Your will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located villa. Our villa is fully upgraded. Has a full kitchen, 1 bedroom with a queen bed and laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. There is a great variety of restaurants and shopping just minutes away. In just 15 minutes you can be at the famous Naples pier for a fun day at the beach. We also have Marco Island, which is one of the top beaches in the world, just 20 minutes away. We do not offer snorkeling gear.

Very inexpensive way to get close to the beach and still have complete privacy! Whole unit-Share nothing. Small and cozy studio/room 12x19 with a refrigerator, microwave, air conditioner, full bath, suitable to more or less sleep. Queen size bed. Closet and dresser. This is a separate guest room with a private entrance not connected to another unit. Located in an adorable tropical feel complex in a seafoam green building.

KING'S Cozy Guest Suite

The designated parking area is indicated by the drive way, as it leads to a vibrant outdoor seating area and a cozy wooden deck.
