Place was greater than we expected it! It was very clean and felt very homey. It being in the poblacion area, I was surprised that it was very quiet as well. Extremely close to the restaurants and bars so it was convenient as well. Thank you! Will definitely consider staying here again in the near future.

Cathy was such a great host! She is very responsive and the instructions for her place were clear. It shows how she cares for the guests' satisfaction. She allowed us to do early check-in so we didn't have to stay out that long. The place was exactly how the pictures looked like in the app/website. Bedsheets✔️ Towels ✔️ no bugs✔️Ac and water pressure✔️wifi for foreigners✔️ To be fair, they didn't provide the room slippers so if you are icky about carpets, bring your own. The elevator may take time depending on the time of the day. Nonetheless, the stay was great. I highly recommend. We used to stay with Seda multiple times in the past but I can confidently say it is comparable with how clean and convenient it is. Plus her place is on the corner so it was extremely quiet at night with no outside noise coming in from the neighbors. :) Will book again!

Me and my friends had a great time. Approachable host and kind enough lend us his housekeeper when we asked for a housekeeper to help us tidy up the place he is willing to send us one to help. We’ll probably go back soon. 🥰

Stayed here after a concert in Araneta Coliseum - really nice and big place. The unit was clean when we arrived. Convenient location with several stores nearby.

Me and my husband loved the location of the place. Very accessible to everything. Food park is just infront of the building. Shopping center is near the building. Easy to get a grab taxi. Place is quiet. And Angelic is very responsive, and helpful. Arrived from our flight very early, and very lucky they let us check in early. Smoth communication. Well done. Thank you so much.

Patrick was a very accomodating host and the property was able to accomodate our team building participants. Kitchen and bathroom supplies are complete and the pool was clean and refreshing. The property was accessible and there's plenty of convenience stores nearby. Definitely a quick getaway in the middle of the metro!

Ms Tiffany’s place, Chloe’s Crib, is everything we hope for when having a staycation in an AirBnB! Ms Tiffany was friendly and responsive. She ensured that we have a parking slot, even though it is not guaranteed. She was of great help to us. The unit was clean and had everything we need - even boardgames! We definitely enjoyed our stay. From clean towels, fast internet, free netflix, complete kitchen utensils and equipment! The best part about the unit, aside from being pet friendly, is its location. Convenience store and restaurants are a walking distance. Thank you very much for hosting us. We will definitely consider staying here again if ever we are near the area.

Rolando was friendly, prompt, amazing, and an all around wonderful human being. We had a small issue with some ants and his team was there fixing it within a few hours in the middle of the night. I will absolutely be staying here again during our next trip.

Comfortable and Homely Stay for the Third Time! I've had the pleasure of staying in Sir Uno's condo unit three times now, and each visit has been nothing short of excellent. From the moment you step in, it feels just like home. The unit is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully furnished, ensuring a comfortable stay every time. The bed is cozy, allowing for restful sleep, and the overall ambiance of the space is inviting and relaxing. Sir Uno is always accommodating and attentive, making the experience even better. We had a pleasant stay at this place. Condo lobby is decent and staff were all polite and helpful. Fuss-free check-in and check-out process. The unit was clean and spacious, suitable with infant/kids. The host was very responsive. Just a few mins walk to the grocery and the mall SM North/Trinoma. Surprisingly, we enjoyed our stay here.

Chaselyn’s Place exceeded my expectations. This was the very first Airbnb where we truly felt comfortable and settled in right away. The unit was spacious and beautifully laid out. There was so much to do — you can play PS4, play cards, watch Netflix, enjoy YouTube Premium, or read books (or use the Kindle). The orange light under the TV added a warm, calming glow, and the display of No Face from Ghibli eating a coin was also entertaining. We were pleasantly surprised to find a projector in the bedroom — a nice touch if you want to continue watching from bed. The sofa was incredibly soft, and the chair in the middle was very comfortable. The balcony, with its natural sunlight, created a cozy vibe, and the peaceful atmosphere was truly top-notch. Ma’am Chaselyn was very kind and easy to communicate with. I had a small issue on my end, but she was understanding and handled everything with care.

Decent place. I would give more than 5 stars.
