The house has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (there is one bedroom on the first floor and 3 on the second). The first floor bedroom has access from the parking lot via a ramp, without steps. Three bedrooms have two double beds and the remaining bedroom has 2 double beds and a single bed. The main kitchen inside the house is very well equipped and has all the appliances for general use. Outside there is a kitchen with a wood stove and a gas grill. Next to the pool and jacuzzi there is a shower and an outside bathroom; the terrace is spacious with a view of the lake.

The apartment is on a "third floor" and "surrounded by a active commercial area. Lake # 5 entrance to 10 min by car. From the terrace nice mountain view.
