A little bit country located close to town! Our 2 bedroom townhouse opened in Jan. 2018. Designer decorated with accent walls, granite counter tops, tiled flooring, walk in shower & private porch. Other amenities are coffee pot, toaster, utensils, micro-wave, dinnerware, kitchenware items, pots & pans. Along with linens, dryer & washer and STARLINK internet and streaming. Gas grill, charcoal grill & horseshoe game available. Located 1 mile from interstate 35 between San Marcos & Austin, TX.

The apartment has it's own separate entrance and a nice balcony that looks out over mature pecan trees. Little home in Kyle for a short while

It is a shared space. You are renting A room in the 2 bedroom apartment. it has a private bathroom. Between Austin and San Marcos. Everything within working distance, from HEB store to EVO mm movie theater Very quiet for traveling workers Amenities include a pool, which I have to give you access to and you cannot be there past 10pm I can pick you up at the airport if need be. For that, I will need a week notice to work within my work/school schedule
