Very quiet condominium, with beautiful and large green area, with 8 swimming pools, toy and playground. Great place to rest and have fun with the family! Tranquilidade, nature and infrastructure is here: Thermas do Bosque Condominium. The Apt is ideal for a couple with two small children, but sleeps well up to 5 adults. It has a private water park, with natural thermal pools, sauna, gym, playroom, game room, barbecues, private restaurant, snack bar, wet bar and covered garage. *** Bed linen separately.

Located in an upscale neighborhood close to clubs. The flat is 30 m2 and is a few meters from the Tayo Hotel, SESC, Privé, Riviera and Water Park. There are 3 swimming pools with hot and cold water, 2 hot tubs, a sauna (due to COVID the sauna is closed) and a Jacuzzi. The water park is open from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. It is not allowed to take food and drinks to the leisure area. We have a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The garage is rotating.
