The apartment is perfect, everything is new, full kitchen, great showers and comfortable beds. We were driving and it was easy to get to the mall, the fair and the markets. The condominium is wonderful, you don't feel like leaving the building, full gym, (You need to pay 10.00 per day to use it) game room and impeccable pools. I only missed an iron and air-conditioning in the living room, the bedrooms have air-conditioning.(The city is very hot) As we stayed 5 nights, the bed and bath linens were included. I thought this was great because most places you have to rent. At check-in you need to pay for the bracelet, I didn't pay attention if this information was passed on, 15.00 each bracelet. One of the best Airbnbs we've ever stayed in, it was really worth it. Our days were perfect!

Luana's apartment is exactly as described in the photos. Comfortable, clean and organized. It can comfortably accommodate 4 people, with all the basic utensils for preparing meals and snacks. The bathroom offers a great space with an excellent shower. The club is very good, very close to the apartment, it has several pools of hot and clean water, with several options of snacks, pastries, ice cream and etc... and last but not least, Luana who is extremely attentive and always answered all questions quickly and promptly.

The reception was perfect, she is an excellent host, I would even recommend it to the new Pope, staying in Caldas Novas is like being in the Garden of Eden.

We already knew the city but this was the first time in this flat, we really liked the infrastructure, swimming pool, snack bar, parking, the apartment is a good size, with protective screens on the windows, super important for those who have children.

My wife and I have stayed at Residencial Casa da Madeira a few times. It was the first time we stayed at this Cleyde unit. The apartment is excellent, as shown in the photos, very clean, air-conditioned in the bedroom and living room. It has a full kitchen (filter with cold water, air fryer, cook top, microwave, among other portable electronics and kitchen items that make the stay easier). The condominium has a family atmosphere, is very organized and well located.
