We had a wonderful time at the historic Dorrington Hotel! Stayed there with two other families (12 people + a baby) and had plenty of space for everyone. The big open space out back was full of snow and so much fun to play in. The Lube Room nextdoor is delicious and nice to have right there. We would definitely stay there again!

A custom reclaimed wood bunk bed occupies the center of the room, featuring a queen size on the bottom and twin size on top. Light blue walls complement the warm wood tones and rustic decor. Natural light enters through a nearby window, enhancing the spacious feel.

The hotel is historical and simple but cute. Finn is an excellent host - answered all my questions in a timely manner and delivered everything the description promised. Would go back there for the stay.

Great place and a great host. Having grown up on a healthy appetite of western cowboy novels, this stay was a dream come true. It felt like a set out of a movie, truly historic and authentic hotel. Thank you Finn, for being friendly, forthright and helpful during our stay here. The lobby was a delight, with amenities provided. Wish we could spend more time there. All the best. Sunil & Tessy

Room 105 - Luxurious Suite

The Groveland Hotel is an awesome property about an hour's drive from the Yosemite Park Gate along Hwy-120. They were very welcoming of us and our dog, the Tap Room has a great selection of craft beer, and their patio area is spacious and well appointed. As city-dwellers living in Silicon Valley, the building (and Groveland itself for that matter) offers a wonderful sense of nostalgia and a chance for a much needed slowdown.
