This place was an absolute gem! We had a fantastic stay, made even more special by the ample space which comfortably accommodated our nephew's birthday celebration. While the beach wasn't the typical postcard-perfect white sand, its easy accessibility was a huge plus for quick dips and enjoying the ocean breeze. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality – the staff and host were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend for families or groups looking for a spacious and welcoming place with convenient beach access and outstanding service!

We had a great stay at Pico De Loro, an exciting and a new experience for us, even the place was too far, mountanious, zigzag road the excitement cannot be compare with other resorts. Our host are also great didnt expect they are too young!!! The place is so clean and with complete utensils. Thank you so much. Hope to be back again and I hope that we can avail discount not senior discount though hehehe.

It is a very spacious, private resort. It's a pristine mansion, a little on the older side, with a stunning overlooking view of the beach, a huge pool, and accommodating caretakers. My family and I had a great time!

Very basic, charming old rest house by the sea. Great for get-togethers with friends or family away from technology and other distractions and just enjoy each other's company. Large balcony and very large living room seems designed for hosting parties while still feeling very cozy. The caretaker Manulito is very helpful and can find any kind of seafood you could ever think of.

Cresta Paye feels like home! A home away from home. Traveling there was adventure itself but getting there and seeing the views (for the first time and hopefully won't be the last) gives you the serenity and peace you're looking for - away from stress and chaos. It's a perfect place to unwind and connect with the nature. :) In addition, Ms. Lyle is a call away and very responsive and Ms. Khay and the other staff are super accommodating! Sarap i-extend ang bakasyon. :D

The owners are such gracious hosts and they are hands on in dealing with the guests. They just recently opened and whatever lacking items were compensated by their quick response. It is a place we would go back to because they made us feel right at home. 🙂

A wonderful large home that can cater for many more people than we had! Our host went over and above expectations as we had a scheduled brown out (electricity was down for maintenance) on our last day and she found us an alternative house to stay outside of the area for our last night Our first time in the Philippines and it did not disappoint!

We had so much fun staying at Ms. Joys place. It was incredible so private, homey and clean. The rooms are clean, but not pwd friendly since you need to use the wide stairs going up and down the bedrooms. But since the place is outstanding it was not a big deal for us ☺️ The beachfront was swimmable the kids and also seniors and pwd was able to enjoy swimming at the beach. The pool was clean, but you need to be careful for the last steps since it is unnoticable. Five star also for kuya ricky he is so accomodating and always ready to assists. We will definitely going back! I am giving this place a 10stars! 🫶🫶🫶 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Everything about our stay was truly enjoyable! The two things I appreciate the most is how complete the kitchen was and also the strong water pressure especially in the shower!

Billyn and her caretakers were very responsive and accommodating. My group booked the 2 rooms which had everything we needed because we cooked our meals and did some work (no internet connection issues). Billyn answered all my queries clearly so we can prepare for our trip. We didn't encounter any issues during our stay so yehey!

Our family had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The space was incredibly clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house was spacious, with plenty of room for everyone to relax without feeling crowded. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing us to prepare meals easily, and the common areas were great for spending time together. The beds were comfortable, and every family member had their own cozy spot to unwind. Overall, this Airbnb exceeded our expectations. Whether you're a big family like ours or traveling with a group of friends, this place is a fantastic choice. We would absolutely stay here again!

Just the internet is quite slow and some channels on their cignal satellite tv aint working.

The place is great overall but there are some things out of the host's control like the noisy neighbors on the upper floors can change the experience a bit. From beddings to utensils, everything is prepared and complete. Some little things could would be better fixed like the showerhead holder and the shower room glassdoors, but very minimal issues

We loved Rey’s casa Charlene because it’s clean, peaceful, and looks better than the photos. It doesn’t look very impressive in photos but it’s actually bigger, with high ceilings and a loft-like second floor room. It’s good value for money because it can comfortably sleep 14 people. A family of 4 can sleep in one room, another family of 4 in another room, and as many as 6 people in the room upstairs. I love that you can swim in your own pool, they have cable tv, videoke, strong wifi, and a large android tv for watching youtube. The kitchen is simple but complete with a gas stove, microwave, pots and pans, hot and cold water dispenser, a refrigerator, and good quality plates and cutlery. Plus, dishwasking liquid and a new sponge. The 2 separate toilet and bathrooms are small and could use some updating, but they’re clean and the water pressure is very strong. This was one of my best AirBNB experiences. I don't stay in AirBNB's with the owners present (although sometimes they may rent it in their absence). However, since our only other option for the area seemed to be expensive resorts, we gave it a shot. Staying with Rosanna (aka Isla's B&B) was such a pleasure. It was everything I wanted to experience from Filipino hospitality. Her house is literally on the beach in Mabini. Her partner is an American who came to stay and just never left because Rosanna's hospitality is that good. He built a second floor covered balcony, where we spent most of our time working and watching the sunset. There is beautiful snorkeling right in front of the home. Rosanna is an incredible cook and will cook you meals if you choose. Btw, the whole community is basically her family, so if you need anything, she is like the unofficial mayor and just pulls out her phone and makes it happen. I recommend renting a scooter on your way so you have a way to get around.

It was an outing with my friends and they liked the place. The place is clean and spacious when we arrived and can accomodate 15pax including the kids. Pros: -Clean bathroom -Good water supply on kitchen and bathroom -All aircons are functioning well -Beautiful furnitures at dining and living room minor cons: -Guest should bring their own chopping board if you will cook and additional knife (no chopping board at the kitchen and they only have one knife) Thank you Ms. Au for being responsive to all my inquiries and Sir Arman is nice and accomodating.

What you see is what you get! the location of the Airbnb is just like 4mins away from the Beach and i tried to walk from the Airbnb to Pool area it is more like 10mins walk plus a beautiful garden view. Emma is very responsive whenever i have questions. Thank you for making our family stay in your Airbnb a awesome experience ☺️.
