It's above the lake in Cernica, above the water. The entrance to the courtyard is shared with ours and has parking. To get to the lake house, you go through a garden full of vegetation of about 50 meters. On the ground floor there is a generous living room overlooking the water, a mini kitchen, refrigerator, sofa bed and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs it has a bed for 2 people with an exceptional view of the sunrise and sunset. This location is suitable if you come to appreciate nature and the view.

A spacious covered terrace features comfortable seating arrangements, including rattan chairs and a low table. The terrace is framed by white stone walls, with large glass windows providing views of the surrounding greenery. An inviting ambiance is created by the natural light filtering in.
