Beautiful house in Urbanización Alorda Park, Calafell, very close to the beach. On the ground floor we find the living room along with the kitchen, a bathroom and a private terrace with porch. On the top floor there are 3 double bedrooms with two terraces and a bathroom. In the basement we find a living room with projector, laundry and the fourth bedroom, with two twin beds. The urbanization has security, 3 pools, a restaurant bar, parking and children's play areas.

The house is located in a very centric area. Two to ten minutes walking distance from the beach, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops, discos and train station. Thanks to the house's previous inhabitant, an endearing Englishman, we were able to make our project a reality: an old, charmingly restored house: one of the oldest houses in the town that we personally restored with great affection and in which we tried to maintain the original elements (wooden beams, staircase, stone arch) without losing any comfort. Its white color invites tranquility and reminds you how close it is to the sea.
