"A stay at home" Our experience in this home was great. The location is unbeatable, in the heart of Cartagena, which allowed us to move on foot and enjoy the city in total comfort. The apartment was very cozy, well equipped and with everything you need to feel at home. Also, the owner was very attentive and kind from the first moment, always aware that we were at ease. We would definitely repeat!

I can only have good words for this accommodation and for Miguel (and his sister☺️ for welcoming us as a family). Our stay was perfect. If you needed anything, you found it in the apartment. I've never stayed anywhere like this, with so much detail and care, you can tell that you're not just another guest ♥️ The location is perfect and having a coffee on its terrace is priceless. We loved the area and Nuria's apartment. Very tidy and clean and with all the comforts for an entertaining and relaxing stay. 10 minutes from the beach on foot and we could take the beach chairs that were available on the floor. The terrace was one of the best things to enjoy the cool afternoons, in addition to the large garden that exists within the development to go for a walk among the palm trees and the grass.

Place was great for the price to be sure. AC was strong, easy walk to a couple good beaches and short drive to the main beach with lots of parking. Warning Google maps takes you to the wrong spot. Apple Maps worked for me

Great place and quiet neighborhood. Apartment in a gated, intimate estate with a great swimming pool for adults and children. The apartment had everything you need for a successful stay. Great location as a starting point whether it is to visit Almeria, Murcia, Cartagena or the Tabernas desert. Gabriel and Ana will take care of everything during your stay. You will receive valuable tips on what to see in the area and where to eat or watch the sunset. They put a lot of enthusiasm into what they do and you can see that it is not only their job but much more. It was important for us that the apartment provided amenities for our baby and everything we needed was provided on site. The pool is literally a few meters from the terrace. Very close to the beach and the sea, which is another advantage. Excellent value. I would definitely recommend this apartment. Staying with Gabriel and Ana deserves the highest possible rating. ❤️🏖️🏊🌞😍

On behalf of our entire family, we thank Andres, Mari Carmen and her husband Alejandro for such a warm welcome! Everything was great! The apartment is clean, well equipped with all necessary utensils and appliances. Towels, blankets, changeable bed linen - everything is provided to the smallest detail and in abundance! The decor is of high quality and everything is tastefully decorated. We practically did not use the air conditioner, because when you open the windows, a fresh sea breeze blows throughout the apartment. The terrace of the apartment is huge, equipped with beautiful and comfortable furniture. We spent a lot of time on the terrace! And this sea view! This is a separate delight! I also want to add about the beautiful well-groomed and beautiful territory of the complex. Four swimming pools, a perfect green lawn, umbrellas, and the complex's own enclosed area, as well as private parking. The sea is just beyond the complex. The beach is sandy, the coastline is wide, the sea is pleasant! You can go on and on about the advantages of this wonderful apartment. Believe me, you'll love it!

A very compleet apartment with everything you need to have a great ‘feel at home’ vacation. A beautiful view with just as great decorations and atmosphere!

Perfect stay during Easter. The apartment is very well kept. The best thing is its location: a short walk from downtown and right next to the beach, which allowed us to enjoy daily walks along a great promenade. Everything was very clean upon our arrival, and the apartment has all the amenities: Wi-Fi, ceiling air conditioning with a heating option, and a very spacious parking space. The area is very quiet, ideal for disconnecting and relaxing. We will definitely be back.

A lovely apartment and location. The apartment is stunning, and really a great and flexible space to enjoy yourself whatever the weather. It had everything we needed and having cooked most nights a good selection of pans and utensils to get things ready. On the sunny days we really enjoyed the pool (it was a bit cold for me - our boys loved it) and we relaxed upstairs on the solarium. The lake was having some renovation work during our stay, so we did not use it, it still looked beautiful. We made the most of exploring the local area, Los Alcazares, is a 5 minute drive away, with beaches and a great promenade for walks. It also has all you need in terms of supermarkets, shops and eateries. The resort is well located, close to key arterial roads. We took trips to Cartagena and Murcia. Murcia is a lovely city with a great mix of history as well as modern retail. Thank you for a lovely place for our first family holiday. We loved it.

Beautiful surroundings. Close to the beach. The accommodation is nice and cozy. And quiet street, plus point is that there was always parking space in front of the door. The host responds quickly to questions, and is kind. highly recommended.

Beautiful apartment, hot tub was a lovely touch. All linen provided along with beach towels and beach blankets which was a great addition. Area is very quiet, even the complex was super peaceful (not sure if this is because we visited in May so may have been out of season). We hired a car so commuting to bars restaurants shops etc was doable but without a car this may be more tricky. Very responsive and helpful hosts thank you for having us stay ☺️

It was a very nice stay, quiet area. the house was in perfect condition, kitchen utensils and various utensils. The only sticks for saying something that the sandy beach, big and good had to go by car to Vera, when going with Niña and being stone was very uncomfortable for us.

The apartment was super, as was the location. Communication was very easy; no hassle at all!

We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend. Lovely location, just a 10 minute walk to the beach and lots of bars and restaurants. Very flexible community pool area very clean and beautifully presented, a place where you can relax having a drink and something to eat all day with no time restrictions. Spotless house, with everything you need for a home from home experience. Comfortable mattresses and cosy bedding. Only things that could be better included, bathroom mats, as the floor coming out of the showers were slippery for children and older people. A sun lounger for the garden and maybe a couple of beach chairs for the pool area. Strict rules around using the towels supplied so I would suggest taking your own.

We feel very good, like home. It has all the amenities available. Impeccable stay!

A clean apartment, in a good location and with everything you need for a family vacation. The terrace with the jacuzzi is amazing. The community pool is large and with warm water, it is great for children. The beach is very close and there are shops and restaurants very close. It was great to be able to put the car in the underground parking, the space is very large and is in front of the entrance door. The only thing to take into account is that it is not accessible as it has stairs to access everything, but we were so comfortable that we didn't care. Definitely a place to go back to.
