Family-friendly vacation rentals in Cala Ratjada

Maria’s house is the perfect place to stay in Mallorca. The house is secluded & private but a short walking distance to the beach & restaurants/shops. The house itself is beautiful & clean. Would highly recommend! :)

Pinaret is Villa which caters brilliantly for a multi- generational family- we were with six grandchildren with ages ranging from 12 down to one, with their parents and us as grandparents , sharing this beautiful home from home for my 60 th birthday celebrations, all together under one door and plenty of space inside and out to enjoy , was absolutely wonderful. Amenities were walkable with great places to eat and browse and for the children to play. It is ideal. We were very sad to leave today . A unique week. Thank you to the hosts for making their beautiful villa available.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, le logement dispose de tout le nécessaire pour les enfants, le cadre de vie avec les animaux est vraiment super! (notre fils a adoré le dindon! ). les hôtes sont très accueillants et disponibles. Logement idéal pour rayonner sur l' île. Nous recommandons vivement!

Die Wohnung war sauber. Martine ist sehr nett und antwortet sehr schnell suf die Nachrichten!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bel’s and Xisca’s place. Xisca greeted us in person. Everything was as described, the location right between two beaches and with multiple restaurants (we recommend Tapearte!) in walking distance. Free parking on the street in off-season. Heated pool and we very much enjoyed the sunsets on the roof terrace. The downside was the very talkative rooster next door ;-). We would definitely return to stay again!

Margas Haus war vom ersten Augenblick eine kleine und sehr schön eingerichtet Wohlfühloase. Der eigenständige Check-in und out haben reibungslos funktioniert. Marga ist sehr freundlich, offen und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten uns mit jedem Anliegen an sie wenden, ihre Tipps waren sehr hilfreich und haben uns das Inselleben erleichtert und verschönert. Yaco, der Hauskater, war sehr zutraulich und hat uns immer begrüßt und uns Gesellschaft geleistet. Il nostro soggiorno da Mirjam è stato oltre le aspettative. Comodo, confortevole, perfettamente attrezzato e con splendida vista mare. Esattamente come indicato nella descrizione e foto. Mirjam ci è stata di grande aiuto con informazioni dettagliate e consigli utili. Se torniamo a Mallorca, certamente torniamo da Mirjam.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans le logement, la vue sur les montagnes est magnifique et la localisation permet d'être proche de tout sur l'île, ideal pour visiter!

Maison très propre, très bien équipée, confortable et accueillante. On se sent comme chez soi. Le nécessaire de base est fourni (épices, produits d’entretien, etc.) La maison est idéale pour un séjour avec des enfants, le terrain parfaitement clos, des zones ombragé et plein de plantes à découvrir. La piscine hors-sol et le poulailler sont un véritable atout. Tranquillité absolue. Les commerce de Can Picafort sont à 15 min de voiture (Aldi, Eroski, Lidl) 50 min de Palma. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

L'appartamento è fornito di ogni confort. Ottima la pulizia e la posizione, isolata come piace a me. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana di piacevole relax. Jaume è stato sempre reattivo e cordiale. Un ottimo rifugio nel quale tornare sicuramente. La strada per arrivare non è asfaltata, ma è sufficiente fare attenzione e non si corre alcun pericolo di rovinare la macchina. FORTEMENTE CONSIGLIATO

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno molto piacevole in questa casa tipica di Palma di Mallorca. L'alloggio corrisponde alle foto: accogliente, curato e pulito. Si trova in una zona tranquilla, perfetta per rilassarsi ma anche comoda per esplorare tutta l’isola. L’unico aspetto meno positivo è stata l’umidità, che verso a metà del soggiorno ha reso i vestiti un umidi. Apprezzatissimi i check-in e check-out facilitati dalla cassaforte con le chiavi, molto comoda soprattutto per chi, come noi, ha dovuto partire molto presto la mattina. L’host è stato sempre gentile e molto reattivo.

Wir haben uns zum zweiten Mal für diese schöne Unterkunft aufgrund der super Lage, der tollen Terrasse und der Nähe zum Strand, Restaurants und Geschäften entschieden. Toni hat uns sehr gastfreundlich empfangen, war immer erreichbar und vor allem hat es möglich gemacht, dass wir schon viel früher einchecken konnten. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder, vorausgesetzt, dass das Apartments frei wird. Wir können jedem die Unterkunft empfehlen!

Excellent Stay - Highly Recommend! Our host was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay. The apartment was very comfortable with all the amenities we needed, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. Communication with our host was seamless from start to finish. They provided us with detailed guides and recommendations that really enhanced our trip. Their friendly and helpful nature made us feel right at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Excellent séjour, l’appartement est idéalement situé très près de la plage et à 5 min à pied des restaurants. Il est également très bien équipé avec notamment des matelas de grande qualité et une grande tv. La résidence est très calme, les voisins gentils, et la place de parking privée est un vrai avantage même si l’on peut se garer facilement dans la rue. La communication avec Maria était très facile ainsi que l’arrivée et le départ du logement. Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir et je recommande absolument !!

Everything about our stay at this beautiful little cottage was wonderful. The hosts have clearly put so much thought & effort into creating a comfortable, stunning place where you are able to unwind in total peace and quiet. The garden was beautiful, with superlative views. We loved the thoughtfulness of the different seating areas, and the outdoor shower was marvellous! The planting in the garden was perfect simplicity with agapanthus, Gaura and geraniums lighting it up with prettiness. Really big and comfy bed, so we slept incredibly well after long hikes in the mountains and along the coastline each day. The kitchen is well kitted out and we made the most of the BBQ in the evenings. The location is perfect for reaching great hikes, and its quick & easy drive to Port Soller. The restaurants in Fornalutx are fantastic (great cocktails too!). Toni met us late at night & guided us up the windy little road, which is an adventure in itself (don’t hire a big long car!). Just perfect!

Alles war wie beschrieben und zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in der ruhigen und grosszügigen Finca von Cati. Um die Finca liegt ein wunderschönes Naturschutzgebiet. Die Finca ist mit allem Notwendigen liebevoll und gut ausgestattet. Alles ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Es gibt mehrere schöne Terrassen, die wir je nach Sonnenstand genossen. In kurzer Entfernung hört man das Meeresrauschen. Der Pool ist außergewöhnlich groß und wunderschön gelegen, umgeben von viel Natur. Der Südosten bietet viele herrliche Buchten, die mit zu den schönsten auf Mallorca zählen. Kleine Städte mit schönen Plätzen und Märkten sind mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Wir haben unsere sehr Tage sehr genossen.

Die Finca ist superschön. Die Gastgeber sind herzlich, gut erreichbar und haben ein offenes Ohr. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne erholsame Zeit und würden sofort wiederkommen. Mein Freund ist allerdings den großen Mietwagen (Opel Combo) den Weg zur Finca gefahren. Der Weg ist nichts für schwache Nerven. Mit einem normalen Pkw ( kein Combi oder SUV) sollte es ganz unbeschwert möglich sein. Machbar ist alles, nur eben langsam und aufmerksam. Arta ist in 20 min Fußweg zu erreichen. Die kleinen Geschäfte laden zum Bummeln ein und es sind 46 Restaurants zum Ausprobieren möglich. Wir wünschen Maria und Jesus beste Gesundheit und alles Gute. Vielleicht auf ein Wiedersehen. Nous avons passé 10 jours parfaits dans ce logement : la maison est très propre, bien aménagée, avec de jolies touches deco. On s’y sent bien !! Deux belles terrasses, une a l’avant pour les repas et l’autre a l’arrière pour apéritif ou repos :-) La piscine est un vrai plus quand nous partions découvrir la région à la journée - se baigner en rentrant était juste parfait. A deux pas de la promenade très agréable menant à Cala Rajada et son animation. Une adresse à retenir. Merci ! 5 min a pied de la plage de Son Moll.

We had a wonderful stay - the house is lovely and well equipped and our daughter loved playing in the pool. It is only a short drive down to the beach at Port de Soller and well-located for trips to Deia. Thank you Jose!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der Villa! Miguel war immer erreichbar und äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit! Die Unterkunft ist in echt noch viel schöner als auf den Bildern! Wir werden bestimmt irgendwann nochmal wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für diese unvergessliche Woche!

It’s my first time to travel to Mallorca I was very happy can stay in such nice Haus. We all had very nice memory there.

Alain’s property is a mix of traditional charm and contemporary decor which creates a unique and comfortable home. The view is fantastic. The pool, terrace and garden lovely. Perfect place for a relaxing peaceful holiday.
